We first dealt with Dominique when we decided to sell our house in Worcester, she was excellent and explained that once the sales process started Leanne would take over and would keep us updated all the way. Have to say Leanne did just that, she was superb and called us at least once a week to advise on progress and obviously more frequently as we got nearer to exchange and completion. Leanne was totally professional and a pleasure to deal with.

FIVE STARS. Selling isn’t easy these days and Estate Agents don’t always get a good name but I can only speak highly of the excellent service I’ve received from the Worcester Branch of Nicol & Co. I’m very glad I chose to go with them. From the outset I found everyone to be really professional, efficient, to work hard at selling my house and willing to listen to my own requirements and concerns. Dominique’s accurate, realistic, well placed valuation and her tips on how to present the house to it’s best advantage, got us off to a good start. The photo’s and online presence were excellent and updated regularly. The selling team are too many to name but they all worked really well together and kept going till they found the right buyer for me. Tom clinched the deal. Good follow up during the conveyancing is absolutely essential and Leanne is a master at the game, patient, diplomatic and persistent. There is also help on offer with completing the various Sellers’ enquiries forms and this speeds up the process. So, to sum up, I found the service to be personal, professional and tenacious. I found the team to be a pleasure to work with and I’m more than happy to recommend the Worcester office to other people. Thank you. 4/10/18

Dan Westwood showed us a property that had just come on the market and we hadn’t booked an appointment for. It just so happened to be the our first home, it was if he knew it would be ideal for us; showing us that Nicol & Co really want to help you in a purchase and are personable. He was not pushy at all and was friendly and open to all questions. This was nice to experience as often estate agents have been quite cold. He has been very helpful, attentive and welcoming both in-person and via all communications. Everything has been very smooth. We would recommend Nicol & Co!

Nicol and Co were by far the most helpful estate agent we used and we used a lot! The team were very knowledgeable and gave us answers and information clearly and with great precision. Leanne Fletcher was incredible throughout the whole sale process which is an obviously stressful for time for most buyers and for us she made it calm and actually quite fun! Her communication skills were perfect and no question was too big or too small and she would always get back to us! The service offered by Nicol & Co has been excellent. Flexible and convenient viewing appointments and support around making offers. Paul organised extra viewings and negotiated well on our behalf. Fantastic service from the start with Kelly. Made us feel at ease with the process and answered all questions and kept us in the loop with every step. Within 24 hours of the property going live, we had 3 viewings booked. Within 1 hour of the first viewing we had an amazing offer! Alice supported us further through the sale and offered sound advice and gave us confidence. Of 4 viewings, we had 3 offers. We accepted the very first offer, but both Kelly and Alice ensured we were looked after and got the best we could have dreamed of. Dealing with Leanne and her team at Nicole and Co Estate Agent was truly amazing.The service was very professional and honest. Both parties buyer and vendors needs were fairly balanced making for the sale going forward, although there was a delay with the putchase of the flat (which I accept was not agent's mistake). They tried everything to resolve the issue and speed up the proceess. I would definitely recommend the friendly staff and the community atmostphere they have in Worcester and the local area.

It was a very stressful and challenging time (a day before i was due to move in and had all my removal booked), however I can honestly say that Leanne and Dominique were extremely supportive throughout. I have found the whole team at Nicole to be very professional. The marketing approach when compared to other agents is very thorough. Jo Black presented the initial sales pitch and she comes with a wealth of experience, coupled with sensitivity when selling a home. They understand the market and potential buyer profiles. They do their homework on the area and walk with you step by step throughout the process. Their fees are slightly higher than the other agents I interviewed but to be honest you get what you pay for and I m very happy with the service provided. Particularly Leanne Fletcher who kept me informed at every progress point. I recommend Nicole as being th leading estate agents in the Worcestershire area.
