GoogleRight from the very first meeting when Robin met me at the property I was selling, I had a really good feeling about working with Nicol & Co. Robin had such a positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude, and she had good knowledge of the local area which put me at ease straight away.
After the initial meeting, most of my telephone contact moved to Alice and I cannot express how grateful I am to Alice for dealing with this sale in the professional way she did. This was probably not Alice’s easiest property negotiation to deal with, but she handled every bump in the road proficiently.
Alice’s communication was exceptional and she kept me updated on everything on a regular basis, even when there was little movement she still called me to keep in touch and let me know what was going on. When the final negotiations were taking place, Alice was amazing and I can’t honestly say how grateful I am to her for working so hard to get this sale completed.
Other members of the team also played their part and although I hope I’m not missing anyone out, I would also like to thank Jackie, Tom & Jake who along with Robin and Alice all played their part in making this process a success. I would not hesitate in recommending the Worcester branch of Nicol & co to anyone looking for an estate agent.

We’ve had fantastic experience during our property buying journey, from the initial viewing to completion. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and the communication throughout was exceptional.
Everyone told us at the beginning that we'd end up hating our solicitor, but Kat made sure we were well-informed, always kept us up to date, and managed to make us dislike him a little less! Alice, in particular, stood out for her enthusiasm and extraordinary helpfulness. Her dedication truly made a difference and she made sure that she was involved in any follow up viewings making the experience smooth and simply lovely.
If we ever decide to sell, we will definitely be selling our house with Nicol & Co in the future. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and outstanding service.
