The turn around from initial contact, Valuation, Pictures and getting it on Rightmove was very speedy also. 75% of those that viewed the property made an offer (There were a lot of viewings!) We managed to achieve above the asking price. Particular thanks to Alice who co-ordinated all of the feedback and offers from potential buyers and made the process easier when considering my options.
