GoogleWhen we started our property search our contact with Nicol and Co was the best customer focused by far, being super helpful with arranging viewings and following up with us to get feedback for the other vendors. So when we decided to sell our home they were our first choice of estate agent. The whole process from our initial request for a no fee valuation appointment has been faultless. Kelly was friendly and informative of the process that would be involved and Jake is a complete star, a fantastic asset to the company, from arranging viewings on our property and keeping in contact with me at every step with updates. Our experience of the whole team at nicol and co all the way through this has been exceptional. Their photographer and ready to sell service was done and completed within a few days, It took less than a week to get it live and on the market and has sold STC in a week. What a team! We would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

GoogleKat was absolutely amazing! Despite acting for our seller, she was very helpful to us in chasing our estate agent who was very poor in responding. We got much better support from Kat who always had a useful update. Strongly recommend.

From Molly, who started the process of getting my house on the market, Alice who made the sale, and Cat who is now taking over to progress it. Everyone is friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Although a different person handles each part of the sale, I have been kept informed at every stage and each individual has called me to introduce themselves. After my house previously being on the market for months with other agencies, Nicol and Co sold it within a week and got a good price for it too. I also just wanted to give a special mention to Jake who mans the phones at the Worcester office - he's always friendly, helpful and ensures that if he can't answer my question, someone gets back to me ASAP.

I first encountered Nicol & Co a few years ago when purchasing a property in Droitwich. They weren't my agent for that transaction but were representing my vendor. I was struck by how efficient they were, always going the extra mile to chase other links in the chain on my behalf and to provide regular updates. I had better updates from them than I did from those hired to represent me. That process took a lot less time and was a lot less stressful because of their efforts. This meant that for two subsequent house sales, they were forefront in our minds when picking an agent. From the initial chat, the slick presentation of properties online with 3D flythroughs, their modern approach to marketing on social media, and their heavy local presence in Worcestershire, they have always been quick to find viewings and drum up interest. On two occasions when potential buyers have pulled out, we've felt like they are collectively going out of their way to find a new buyer asap, which has really helped reduce the stress and impact of a collapsing chain. Special thanks to Chloe and Kat for their repeated efforts and friendly service at progressing the sale to completion but our experiences with the whole team, at both Droitwich and Malvern branches, has been fantastic. In my case for three separate house sales now. We can't recommend them highly enough.

As always with any sale/purchase there's hiccups along the way but the team smoothed everything for us and took the pressure off us at every turn. Every contact we have had with anyone in the team has been incredibly professional combined with a down to earth friendliness - the perfect combination. They are both proactive and reactive whichever the situation required. A special thanks to Kat their sales progressor who moved everything along for us, kept us updated and above all kept us sane :)

GoogleWow, my idea of Estate Agents has been forever changed by Nicol & Co. We used Nicol & Co both to purchase our currently property, and to sell it again. They were professional, helpful, friendly, dedicated and all round wonderful, every step of the way. The whole team is super considerate and respectful of your home and your time - from the photographers, social media gentlemen, to the agents. A very special shoutout goes to our amazing agent Alice, who went above and beyond to sell our home. She took initiative, and facilitated our buy with the upmost tact and professionalism. She stayed in contact with us throughout and informed us thoroughly (even though I sometimes asked silly questions). GoogleNicol and Co have been amazing so far in the sale of my property. The Worcester team have worked exceptionally hard to get me a price beyond my expectations. Kelly gave me great advice on price and marketing and I could not have been happier with the photos, virtual tour and brochure created. Alice, Molly, Hope and Dan stayed in contact throughout the viewings and negotiations - leaving me with four offers on the table in less than a week from entering the market! Jackie, who conducted the majority of the viewings, had clearly studied the details I had given about the property and left nothing out when showing people around. Kat was in contact with me within days of accepting an offer, giving me updates on how the sale was progressing. The whole team has and continues to work tirelessly to ensure everything goes smoothly. The added bonus of having Simon to help with the conveyancing paper work has speeded up the process and put my mind at rest that everything is in hand. GoogleWith huge thanks to Hannah and Erica for making the sale of my parents’ bungalow as painless as possible. Erica was sensitive to the circumstances and had the property marketed and sold in next to no time. Hannah picked up the reins and guided me through the sale. When the first sale fell through Erica wasted no time and the property was sold again within hours. Hannah once again guided me through the process, this time to exchange and completion. Hannah did everything for me. I didn’t need to worry about contacting solicitors to chivvy them along, Hannah did this and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. GoogleNicol & Co have been wonderful to work with so far on the purchase of our first house. Starting from the different viewings we had with Kelvin, we were impressed. They are very knowledgeable on the area, property, and will assist wherever they can. During the process of making our offer Dan was very quick to update and advise and once our offer was accepted they were super fast with processing paperwork. They give weekly updates on the status of the sale, even if there is not much to report on, which is always reassuring. Would highly recommended buying through Nicol & Co.!!
