TrustpilotVery poor experience and a lack of…
Very poor experience and a lack of basic courtesy. The agent was supposed to return the keys to the property after completing the viewing but failed to do so. Instead of fulfilling their agreed responsibility, they are now asking me to travel to their office to collect the keys myself. This was inconvenient, unprofessional, and showed little consideration for my time. I would have expected better communication and customer service.

GoogleWe asked a number of agents over to look at our land that we wanted to sell. Including some we had been happy working with before. I hadn't met Luke before but I knew his name because he had been pro active in mailing me direct at the last development we had. What impressed me the most was that Luke is a specialist in land.....he understand the property market too but he gets developments better than any other agent ive met. He sold off market and gained us an above market value. Since then he has provided his invaluable expertise on other sites I own so when I come to sell I will be using Luke at Nicols for those too. Luke understands the importance of nurturing long term relationships for everyone's mutual gain. We appreciate all his time and efforts in the smooth selling of our land.

GoogleJust wanted to say a massive thank you to Nicol & Co for the sale of our property. The service we received throughout was impeccable and we shall be using them again... when the next time comes! A special shout out to Hannah, who was on hand every step of the way after agreeing the sale. We were in quite a long chain, with probate issues on the house we were purchasing and Hannah kept everyone updated throughout the 6 month process, chasing up and down the chain, which is something we've never experienced when selling before. GoogleBooked a viewing for a property and dealt with Alice over the telephone. She was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. She followed up with early phone calls to keep me updated every step, even if there was nothing new to tell me. Jackie showed me around the property, again she was very friendly and knowledgable about the property and answered any questions honestly. She was punctual and didn’t rush the viewing. All in all a smooth and professional service at what could have been a stressful situation.

GoogleKat at Nicol & Co is an absolute star ! She really does deserves a medal for helping us with the most long winded sale and purchase of our properties. We’ve had twist and turns the whole way and it really did go right to the wire… but, at the very last minute everything went through and we’ve now finally completed! We want to send a massive thank you to the Nicol & Co team but especially to Kat who really did perform miracles and we’re really grateful for all their hard work! GoogleOur first contact was with Neil at our property in St John’s…… right from the start, we liked this man, he had our concerns straight away. A few aborted sales due to the property having issues, but each time the team were on it. We have now sold and have to say, what a wonderful group of staff. Especially Kat, she called us every Friday and updated us with everything that was going on. Wish we had chosen this Estate Agent from the very beginning. Thank you Nicol and Co - you are the best. GoogleHaving had a bad experience with another estate agent when trying to sell my house I cannot recommend Nicol & Co enough. They walk you through every element of the process, making sure you're kept aware of what's going on every step of the way. What I particularly liked was the after sale support - the "sale progressor" role - my previous experience across the years has been that once a sale has been secured you're pretty much left to keep pushing the solicitors along yourself, ringing backwards and forwards between solicitors / estate agents who in turn get onto the buyers who in turn get onto their solicitors. Nicol & Co do all this proactively for you. Kat Grealy was exemplary in this role for us. Cannot recommend enough.

GoogleHands down, the best estate agent we have ever encountered. The journey from placing our house on the market to finding a new home was seamless. The team an Nicol and Co. Worcester kept us informed throughout the whole process and were always on the end of the phone to answer any questions. Estate agents take a lot of flack, but Nicol and Co are offering a level of service we've never experienced. You will have no regrets if you use them and the journey will be stress free. GoogleThe staff at Nicol & Co Worcester are excellent. My daughter bought a house via them last year and was very impressed with them so I was really pleased to see that they were the agents for a property that we were interested in. The customer service that we received was fantastic and didn’t disappoint. Alice was so proactive sending property profile alerts and arranging viewings. She was very engaging and friendly and kept us fully informed at all stages. Once the sale was agreed on the property, Kat took over. We received regular progress reports from her and she chased up any outstanding actions promptly. She always got back to us regarding any queries that we raised. Thanks to the excellent customer service from Nicol & Co our experience has been very positive and much less stressful than it could have been. The icing on the cake was walking in to our new home and finding a lovely welcome to your new home card which was personalised and signed by all the team along with a very well thought out complimentary hamper. Cant recommend Nicol & Co highly enough and want to say a big thank you to them. Well done.
