Although the purchasing process of our first home was long and delayed by the vendor's solicitors, Kat was constantly there supporting us, keeping us updated, and chasing all the parties involved. It was very easy to contact her. She always replied to our questions and queries very quickly. On several ocassions, we also dealt with Kat's colleagues who were equally helpful. Would recommend Nicol & Co as a very professional estate agency.

A couple of years ago we had the pleasure of meeting Alice when she showed us around a property we were considering in buying.She was very friendly and presentable and came across as being very professional .Her genuine interest in her job impressed us so much it led us to have no hesitation in choosing Nicol and Co when we decided to place our property on the market. Our valuation was carried out by Mia whose friendly enthusiasm for her job and exceptional knowledge of the local housing situation at that time was very impressive. Throughout the next few days i had plenty of communication from both the girls with regards to booking viewings etc.You are quickly kept up to date with constructive feedback.Whoever you speak to in the Worcester office it leaves you with the feeling that they are being fully supportive to you throughout the process, which can be a very stressful time . Due to this genuine positive confidence we now had in the company we both decided to start viewing properties to purchase on there website.If you are lucky enough to get Jackie showing you around you will be equally impressed with the knowledge she will have gleaned about the property and area. A friendly, helpful and professional team even when they haven't been getting a commission. Its that mixture of a happy , friendly, helpful and professional team that makes them such a good choice. Thanks to Samantha Green who from seeing it as a dirty nicotine stained flat as it was left by the old tenant ,from the previous agents ,saw the potential and guided me through to getting it properly ready and the getting photographs that made it look amazing. All along they have never tired of my questions and problems. Within two days of the listing being live there were viewings! That says something about getting the marketing perfect!

When we decided to sell our property we invited a number of local Agents round. The service proposition and understanding of the local property market presented to us by Dominique was head and shoulders above the other Agents. The marketing material produced was of a high quality and really did represent our property well, it would have certainly contributed to a sale on the third viewing. The service provided by Nicole & Co includes regular updates on the chain, negating the need to call our Solicitor. Another great service is assistance to complete the daunting property questionnaire, this was done on an evening in our home. Having someone guide you through and explain the questions definitely helps. This ensured everything was ready to present to our Solicitor once we accepted our offer. When looking for our new home we engaged with Gemma, who understood our requirements in terms of what our next property needed to offer. She sent through relevant properties that met our requirements, as opposed to other Agents who we registered our interest with, despite spending time explaining what we were looking for they sent us details of properties which were not suitable. I suspect we were just added to a mailing list and received everything regardless of suitability. You have to expect selling and buying a property to be stressful, however I am convinced this is reduced when you partner with the likes Nicole & Co. I would, without question, recommend the services of Nicole & Co based on my experience.

No duty of care toward tenants

We experienced a complete lack of duty of care towards us as tenants in the closing of our tenancy by Nicole and Co. A deposit dispute was raised by them acting for the landlords. We were shocked at this as we had agreed on our moving plan face to face with the landlords. When explaining this to Nicol and Co, they did not enter into a dialogue and accused us of a breech. When asking if the landlords had been sent our statements, Nicole and Co replied with vague scripted emails continuing with their accusations. They did not at any time act on our behalf in a one sided dispute. When this dispute went to the Deposit Protection Service there was a full return of our deposit, and rightly so. All Nicole and Co kept repeating was to 'have a wonderful day' Do not rent a property through Nicole and Co, they are all smiles while your are paying them, but once you move out they will be totally indifferent.
