He was attentive, informative and always found an answer to my queries. He not only helped with the search but also questions I had about mortgages, the buying process and surveys. My house sold the first time within a few days but through no fault of their own fell through, and they had it back on the market and sold for a second time within a week. Leanne Fletcher was lovely throughout the whole process, extremely professional, kept everything moving and provided regular updates.

GoogleWe originally planned to have more than one quote, for the sale of our property. However, after an excellent presentation by Karen, Droitwich Spa office, we were so impressed, that we decided to instruct Nicol and Co. We have also had excellent service from all concerned, from the sales team, and now from Samantha, who is progressing the sale. We've bought and sold a few properties through the years, and we can honestly say, we have never been given such good service, as we have had from Nicol and Co, at the Droitwich branch. GoogleFrom the offset buying our home has been a great experience with Nicol & Co. A big part of that was thanks to Dan Westwood who persevered and listened to our needs suggesting different houses until we found the one. The communication has been prompt and everyone I've dealt with was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Nicol & Co and Dan Westwood.

GooglePurchased a house in Malvern from a developer who was selling them through Nicol & Co. Initially they were ok but we had a problem with communication with the developer and the owner Matt Nichol said he would deal on our behalf. What followed was 3 months of shocking customer service, constant chasing and basically being fobbed off by Mr Nicol. When I informed Mr Nichol that I did not like being treated in this manner he disappeared never to be heard from again. The sale proceeded through o completion - largely in part to us doing all the chasing and leg work - something you would expect an estate agent to do! If you look through their previous reviews this company is fine when things are running smoothly - as soon as a problem is flagged up they go into melt-down. If the boss don't care how do you expect his staff to... Personally I think there are far better, more professional estate agents in Worcester! 18th June - Just seen the response from Matt Nicol, sorry Matt but as the saying goes never trust an estate agent... Anyone thinking of purchasing though this company please contact me directly if you require any further information but from my experience (and yes Matt I used to live in Worcester and have bought from other estate agents) I would use another estate agent - especially for renting as their reviews online are frankly appalling.
Dear Antony, this is Matt Nicol replying to your comments made on here and social media. I think it is important given the nature of your post to clarify some of the points as quite rightly our potential clients will be interested to know both sides. I hope you are settled in to your property. As you have said it was requested that I stepped in when you felt you could not liaise with my client, something I was very happy to do to appease the situation. It later became clear why communication had broken down and I then began to experience the same. Firstly, the request to move a wall mounted boiler that had already been installed and used to heat the house to me seemed ambitious. I carried out the request and asked my client [developer] who explained that it could not be done, not only because it was already serving its purpose but also as the piping above had been concealed in the cupboard space in the room above. You weren't happy and made your feeling clear but it was not something that could be changed despite the numerous requests. Later, the number of emails sent CC'ing all parties were responded to in a quick fashion but it became clear that the issues in the chain related to your own sale and not the property you were purchasing from ourselves. I always responded to any email that involved me if there was a question but I believe this time was spent by you on your own chain. We always kept our vendor informed of the circumstances relating to dates and mortgage offers and have had no problems mentioned by them. We always responded to any queries in a swift fashion and whilst I would not communicate directly with you, I sit with and work very closely with my colleagues that responded. I do not know how you substantiate the claim that other agents in Worcester are better as unless you were buying more than one property how would you know?
