GoogleReally good service from their Worcester office, a special mention of Alice and Kat who have been very communicative. The one area in which there could be improvement is in conducting viewings, the property was unoccupied so more care needs to be made to ensure all doors are locked after viewing.
Hi Vincent, thank you for your review and your comments towards the Worcester office and naming Alice & Kat too. Thank you for the suggestion too, we will pass this onto the team.

GoogleWe sold very quickly with Nicol, the whole team are very professional and we are very pleased with their service. There were some setbacks along the way as can be expected with house moving but our point of contact Leanne was extremely helpful and made sure things went as smoothly as possible. Thanks for an excellent service.

GoogleReally disappointed with the service we have received from Nicol & Co. Initially found their customer service brilliant when I enquired about a house, but after being informed that this house was no longer an option, I explained that we are looking to buy and gave them the details of what we were looking for. We have heard nothing since. Have seen a couple of houses come on to the market listed with Nicol & Co that could be suitable - including the initial house we were interested at a reduced price - but still have had no contact.

FacebookAlthough we didn't end up buying a property using Nicol and Co, we were impressed with their enthusiasm, help and knowledge of the market. In particular, Gemma Welch was a star, always calling us to suggest properties or even just to see how our search was going, she is a real credit to the organisation.

GoogleWe highly recommend the Droitwich team of Nicol and Co and particularly Karen Smith. Karen led the team when our last Droitwich home was sold and she has worked closely with us and provided excellent guidance with regard to the recent marketing of our subsequent property. She is innovative, determined and conscientious.

GoogleThe experience of buying a property has been very stressful due to some seriously poor practice by our lenders. However Leanne at Nicol and co. was superb throughout, always updating us and sorting any issues we had very swiftly. Nicol also recommended the Solicitors Thursfields where Odette Green and Tom Ruff were also absolutely excellent.

GoogleVery professional throughout. Tom was on the case the whole time and secured us a buyer within 2 weeks of going on the market. He then proceeded to keep hold of them until they had sold their property. Our buyers commented that one of the reasons they bought our house was Tom!!!! Highly recommended.
