GoogleCouldn't fault the service from everyone at Nicol & Co. They were extremely helpful at every stage of our purchase. In particular Leanne, Jo and Tom went over and above helping us on numerous occasions. Leanne with keeping us up to date at every step, herself and Jo at answering our every query, and Tom for helping us with our several viewings. Thanks everyone!

GoogleNicol & Co let my flat at short notice and not at the best time of year. Juri kept me fully informed throughout the process and was pro-active in resolving all of the issues with the new tenant. Sam's advice at the start of the process particularly on rental levels, where she was braver than me, was spot on.

GoogleI am just about to complete on a purchase which Leanne Fletcher has handled superbly. It's been a tricky one, but Leanne has done everything possible to keep things running smoothly, and has delivered on every level. Leanne has been tirelessly proactive, calm and dedicated and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nichols for making a stressful time easier!

GoogleOddly enough I did not buy my property through Nicol...this time. This being said I would have preferred to. I was surprised at the different way they do things, much better than most (all the other agents I met with). Over the next couple of years I will be selling up to 3 properties and will happily use Nicol as my preferred agent.
Hi John, thank you for your 5* review and your amazing comments! We're all really pleased you had such a great experience and you will be using us in the future. We're always happy to help out!

Following a nomination by two of their clients at their Worcester Branch they donated £100 to us (Senior Staffy Club dog rescue Charity no. 1156723) from their Community Fund. GoogleWe were delighted with our house buying experience with Nicol & Co, especially the help that Alexandra Bennett gave to us. She gave us helpful suggestions and input as we looked around houses and listened carefully to our needs. In fact, she suggested that we viewed the house that we ultimately bought. Alexandra has been helpful and supportive throughout.

If I was selling my house I would want Robin showing buyers round! Leanne was also really good in tracking the purchase and keeping me informed.
