GoogleI have used Martin & co on several occasions over the last few years to find great tenants for my properties in worcester.They are very professional in the way they conduct business and are very thorough in doing the required work..ie credit checks,tenancy agreements etc......... The team at the Worcester branch are very friendly,helpful and i will be happy to use their services when i next need to.....Many thanks to the whole team

The team of professional and approachable staff give excellent service with 100% satisfaction in the suitability of tenants over 4 years of lettings. This combined with regular inspections, industry advice and legal updates through a regular newsletter, give you overall peace of mind as a Landlord.

GoogleWorst customer services, professionalism and even manners I have ever experienced. I would never use martin an co again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They made mistake after mistake and broke rules of contract. We are now looking to seek legal advise as they let people in our flat without us knowing on various occasions and also offered no compensation or replacement accommodation when our flat became un-inhabitable.

Thank you for posting a review Mr Hibbert. Unfortunately our landlord did not wish to proceed with the application. When we have to deliver negative news regarding an application, this is often badly received, nevertheless, our attitude and customer service is always at a professional level.

GoogleSTUDENTS STAY WELL CLEAR Absolutely horrendous. Managing director and Natasza Rhee namely have the most condescending attitudes known to man. Upon moving out, they charged £60 'gardening' from deposits with the reasoning that 'the bushes didn't look the same as the inventory'. £140 communal clean, even though the property was thoruoghly cleaned to a professional standard. Over £1000 in fees before you even get your keys. Just stay well clear

GoogleMartin and Co. take zero responsibility for the landlords that they work with. Their out of hours response to ANY emergency is...non existent and they can't communicate between themselves efficiently enough to provide any kind of consistent service to their tenants. Only get something done when you threaten non payment due to breech of contract. Utterly pathetic service from day one. Thanks again for nothing!

Fantastic service, one which is worth the money. Easily found a nice flat in the centre of town with absolutely no trouble whatsoever throughout the process of signing up. Would definitely use again. Haven't had any experience with regards to repairs at the moment but can't imagine we would receive a service below what we have come to expect from the Martin and Co branch in Worcester.
