TrustpilotFantastic service
Fantastic service, one which is worth the money. Easily found a nice flat in the centre of town with absolutely no trouble whatsoever throughout the process of signing up. Would definitely use again. Haven't had any experience with regards to repairs at the moment but can't imagine we would receive a service below what we have come to expect from the Martin and Co branch in Worcester.

TrustpilotPositive experience
This was my first time renting and staff were so helpful. They had all the information we needed about the property and told us exactly what the next steps would be so we knew what was going to happen. They stayed in touch at each stage so we didn't feel left to do everything by ourselves. We love our new home, thank you.

GoogleMartin & Co have been managing my property on a Fully Managed basis for about 5 years. They provide an excellent service, are very responsive and good value for money. Their new PropertyFile service is very handy and allows me to keep up to date on maintenance issues, tenant payments and certificates (e.g. Gas) via the web. I would certainly recommend them to other Landlords

TrustpilotSmooth transition and friendly staff
We had a smooth transition, with payments being processed quickly and all documents being sent promptly via email. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was withheld information when it came to the outbuildings of the property meaning we had less storage than we originally believed.
