I've been with leaders for several years and they have always responded quickly to any minor repairs that needed fixing around the house. They ensure that they inspect the property every six months and that fire and gas alarms are working. Aimee Taylor also helped secure my tenancy when I faced some challenges with the landlord. My properties are managed by Leaders in Worcester, I speak to Tierney regularly and she has always been very helpful, professional and consistent in her approach to the management of my tenants. I had self managed my properties for a number of years, but i prefer my current situation with my houses being managed by Leaders, they have great knowledge and they save me money in areas I would of never thought of before.

Was a tenant with Leaders for two years. Online portal is easy to use and allows you to report maintenance tasks, dispute any queries on your flat deposit etc easily. My property was managed by Thea who was easily accessible by phone and happy to help, always understanding, and prompt with following up any correspondence with the landlord.

So nice to find an estate agent that cares and goes the extra mile to accommodate you. I crammed 4 viewings in with leaders on a bank holiday weekend as I don't live near the area, and Laura was so helpful not just with local knowledge and pointing out important bits of tenancy agreements, but also fitting her schedule around me, and asking the tenants the questions I wanted answers to. Sadly due to holdups where I currently live I've been unable to move yet, but I will certainly be coming back to leaders as soon as possible. Thank you Laura!

We contacted Leaders to arrange a couple of viewings for some potential investment properties and then met with Louise who was fantastic. Louise was really warm and welcoming and we felt like we were in good hands. Leaders have been amazing whilst I’ve been trying to find a new flat to rent. I’ve already had a tenancy with them and whilst I’ve been searching for a new place they’ve been great throughout, constant reassurance and communication and within 3 days I had applied and been accepted for a new flat. I want to thank Sophie and Laura in particular as they really understood my situation and were so professional and helpful whilst I found a new place, they made me feel like number one priority and treated me with nothing but respect. My experience with Leaders was just great. They have answered all my questions very promptly and they made the whole process rather easy and stress free. We were first approached by a gentleman named George who showed us the place and helped us with the sign-up and occasionally helped with our queries, nothing but praise for him. Sophie Clifton was the one that I spoke with the most, she sorted the contract, she was always quick to pick up the phone, always phoned/emailed back when promised and put up with me and my countless questions and worries like a star haha. 10/10 for her. So all around, I am pleased with Leaders and especially with the staff and I would absolutely recommend them :)

I am currently in the process of moving into a property that is being advertised/managed by Leaders. Greg has been very polite and friendly when arranging to meet us at our chosen property for viewings and has always been quick and informative in his responses. The service we have received from our Lettings Co-Ordinator, Sophie has been second to none. Sophie has responded to all questions/queries I have had in a timely and professional manner and nothing has been too much hassle. Moving into any new property is a stressful experience and Sophie has most definitely put me at ease and has made the process so far stress-free.
