Despite some unanticipated hitches during the sales process I found all the staff, manager and particularly my designated contact - Steve James to be utterly professional, re assuring and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend the Worcester Team to anyone seeking a modern and high achieving estate agents . Leaders are superb. Left me with dodgy electrics for years despite numerous calls and visits to the office and various staff promising to get it sorted. Kitchen and bathroom so old they were falling to bits and noting ever done when I called to report issues..The last time I called to report an ongoing issue which they never sorted, I was told by (rosana I think her name was) in a snoty tone to calm down as its not her fault because it's the first she knew about it which was a blatant lie as I'd been in the office twice and explained it to her face to face.The place was in need of repair when I moved in but hardly anything was ever done. I never missed rent in nearly 8 years yet they hounded me for 3 years for an alleged £35 they said I owed, which I showed them proof I'd paid but they still kept sending threatening letters. I could write an essay on how bad this company really is. One of my smoke alarms broke when I moved in and was hanging off the ceiling with wires dangling down and when they came to do a property inspection they marked on the checklist that all smoke alarms were working and had been tested! Absolutely unbelievable. Another time I was in reporting my dodgy electrics and broken extractor and Roberta who was very rude and had no interest told me I'd never complained about it before. I told her I'd reported it to her several times and also to Heather to which she replied there's no Heather that works at leaders and she'd never heard of her. This was very bizarre, especially when I saw Heather walk past in the back and told Roberta she was behind her. The reply I got was "I haven't got time for this" and she walked off! Two days after I handed in my notice an electrician called to say leaders had instructed him to fix the dodgy electrics and extractor fan which I couldn't believe as I'd been complaining for a few years. When I phoned leaders to say how disgusting it was that they were sorting it out once I'd left, I was told they hadn't instructed anyone to sort it, which is a blatant lie as an electrician couldn't guess my name address and phone number, as well as who I rent through and what the exact problem was. Shockingly bad who have no interest in their tenants at all.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Enquired about a property and within minutes Sophie sent me a video tour. Emailed back to apply and was all sorted within 2 hours of the initial enquiry. Currently going through referencing but the process so far has been made so easy by Sophie. My partner and I are first time renters and have next to no idea about it all but Leaders have made the experience easy and painless ☺️ Update: Been in our house for a week now. Leaders were great from start to finish. We would definitely recommend using them.

We dealt directly with Phil and Jennifer at Leaders and they were both tremendously helpful and responsive; moving out of our old property was a very stressful time for my partner and I, but commencing our new tenancy through Leaders was a pleasure; it was my first house move in 7 years and I had forgotten most of the ins and outs! Every query we had was answered promptly, or we were assured of an answer if something needed checking and then it was always delivered on as soon as possible. We already love our new home and are grateful to Phil and Jenny for all of their professionalism and support with getting us here. Unfortunately a bad experience using this company. If you want to have a company take money for just handling the rent then use leaders. They do nothing else for you and the incompetence is there for all to see. The answer to a complaint is to ignore it. Even the head of property management, Sarah Newman does this. Total shambles

Terrible customer service and poor communication. Firstly a negative attitude via email, after I followed their instructions. Then when we found a property we wanted, we filled out all the forms and were told we would hear back later that day when they’ve spoken to the landlord. Whilst in the office there was a negative attitude from one particular staff member when discussing the NDO (which just seems like a bit of a scam, if you don’t have the option to go with a normal deposit straight away) this was resolved by another member of staff who was very helpful indeed. Following this, a week passes, we get in touch to be told the property has been let to someone else. No explanation as yet to the lack of communication here, despite the fact we put our search on hold in the mean time.

First property at Leaders, great service. Second property... wish I had not bothered. I wished to add my partner to the tenancy agreement. Took 4 months. Renewal contract took 3 months (and was wrong when I finally got it). Chasing me telling me that I'm in rental arrears. Send them proof I made the payment (on time), hear nothing and get another letter for double the original amount. Get passed from one department to the next on the phone. Still not sorted. DO NOT USE LEADERS. Awful service.

As a very long standing client of Leaders I am very disappointed that I can not get any response from Leaders in Worcester with regards to a query on two of my properties. I fully appreciate that we are in unprecedented times and a period of time that we will never forget. But still disappointing that after at least 5 emails to Leaders in Worcester I have still not received a call back over a 2 week period. Not the service that I expect, even during these most challenging times. FYI- one of the queries was to offer a rental discount to a tenant that is on the front line of the NHSNegativeResponsiveness

Renting with Leaders has been a dream! I can not recommend highly enough. The team in Worcester are very friendly and attentive. If you need maintenance done they are very quick to sort the issue out. Most notably Katherine who has always been quick to contact me with any issues and is very kind. They have an non deposit option with a very affordable fee which is extremely helpful as a young renter. Their fees are very reasonable too. There are quarterly inspections but you don’t need to be present for them if you can’t make it. I rented a lovely 1 bedroom flat in the centre of Worcester for a year that was clearly well maintained and a good price for how spacious it was! Do yourself a favour and consider renting a property from Leaders, you surely won’t regret it. Thank you to the whole team for being great.

All were extremely helpful and even managed to sort out contracts while I was in another country. By far the best renting experience I've had to date. 5 Stars
