We have bought and sold our flat with Leaders and on both occasions found them to be extremely competent and professional. They are approachable and efficient. Alex, Nigel and Louise were always quick to respond to queries. The sale of the flat was turbulent with two buyers pulling out for their own reasons but third was successful. Leaders were quick to follow up and get new viewings and maintain contact with the buyer and solicitor so we were always kept informed. Would highly recommend them.

I've had three rental properties with Leaders Letting Estate Agents here in Worcester over the years. From my experience and dealings with them they've always been very professional, organised and competent in their practice and property management. Just a general all around quality service. I would personally like to commend and acknowledge the efforts and level of professionalism from my property maintenance management lead representative Emma Lusted, whom I've liaised with the most in my current rental property. Emma has been brilliant in my engagements and interactions with her, resolving one or two property maintenance related issues in a timely manner, she's very personable, knowledgeable in her duties and job capacity and a valued colleague and key asset to the practice/estate agent. I’ve been a tenant with Leaders coming up to three years, and in that time have dealt with various property managers. Today, I rang up with numerous queries, however unfortunately my property manager was unable to take these queries. Instead, Emma Lusted listened to me, made notes as I spoke, and actioned the queries straight away. From previous experiences with other staff members, I did not expect such efficient service, and therefore was pleasantly surprised with this engagement. Corrupt and dishonest. Avoid at all costs! Absolutely terrible company. Unable to communicate. Avoid the zero deposit. The renter get little to no protection. Charged us £100's for cleaning and mediation despite not actually having any evidence it was dirty. They use a third party company that from what I can see in reviews often unfairly sides with leaders. For your sanity and for your own good do not use this company.

I had a very bad experience with this letting agency. They have still not returned my deposit and the balance of rent I paid. Despite sending several emails, I have received no proper response. Their communication is very poor, and this has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. I find their service unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this agency.
