GoogleA fantastic service from a very professional team. We sold my 95 year old Mothers house and although the first sale fell through (no fault of Leaders) they quickly found a new buyer. Alex went above and beyond as Mum came to live with the family 80 miles away. So with the covid lockdown and distance being a problem, we managed to complete today. GoogleReally disappointed with their service, Rang the agency in the morning about enquiry of a property and they advised the person dealing with that property is in a phone call and will ring later,waited for the call haven’t got any call back therefore rang them again the afternoon and they told the person who dealts with property is no there at the moment,So they took my details and advised me they will give me a call back,haven’t received any call back yesterday therefore rang them in the morning and the reply was same and again noted my details,Atlast tried in the evening at that moment they told like property is fully booked for viewings,got very disappointed .

GoogleAs an agent myself, this company was appalling. I was served a section21 with no rhyme or reason - when approached as to why, it was all very suspicious and underhand. I was emailed the section21, and obviously being extremely concerned and worried, contacted the agent, nobody could speak to me for 4 days as my ‘property manager’ was unavailable to discuss the issue with, no phone call warning, nothing. Just an email to say I have to be out within 2 months. Disgusting - that was a home to me. When I finally managed to speak with my property manager it became very clear that they’d served me the section 21, as they wanted more money PCM, when a tenant is in an agreement, it can only be increased by a certain % whereas, if you find a new tenant, you can charge whatever you want. I had continuous issues with my hot water system which was never treated seriously, the contractor that came out was extremely rude and belittling. Their 0% deposit options seems like a good idea to start with, until you move out - they will absolutely rinse you, for every single penny - DO NOT DO THE 0% OPTION!!! I had to take it to mediation stages and that was the only time I had decent and fair commutation and surprise surprise this was a 3rd party to Leaders. I would never recommend this company to anyone. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. So many other agents in Worcester that will actually care and look after you. Landlords only use this company as they are cheap.
