GoogleOften, with estate agents, the miscommunication is actually due to the people responsible for the property. My wife and I experienced a bit of this, but felt like interacting with some of Leaders' people was often cause for concern. These incidents were two/three years ago, and my last interaction with the Worcester offices was far better (asked for a reference concerning the property we have now moved in to).

She has been very kind and proactive every time we have spoken to her - she arranged our home insurance which was such a help as we needed support with this!
