GoogleThis was my very first renting experience and whilst I was initially daunted, I have nothing but praise to share. The communication I had was clear and prompt throughout the process from initially applying to moving in. Every member of staff I dealt with was very accommodating and keen to help, responding very quickly to any queries I had. The whole experience has left me much more confident in the process of renting and I am proud to be moving into my first property. I would be more than happy to recommend Leaders.

GoogleFantastic agents to let off!! I have been with leaders for a good few years when they took over from premier places. Any issues I had, leaders would sort it right away. I found that all my inspections were carried out correctly and I trusted them that much I would be at work whilst that attended the property. Sadly my landlady sold the house but leaders were fantastic in keeping me in the loop. I was lucky another landlord brought the house so I am still in my lovely home. When leaders arranged viewings they gave me plenty of noticed and worked around myself and my son. The sale went through smoothly. my new landlord has taken over the property and leaders are not my agents anymore, however once again I am very lucky as my current landlord is also fantastic. A big thank you to you all at leaders Worcester It really was a pleasure to let off you guys. If I ever have to look for another property leaders would be my first choice 100%.

Their attention could always be relied upon from chasing solicitors, arranging viewings and liasing with the vendors to allow workman access prior to sale for surveying and quoting purposes. Any queries or issues we had were dealt with promptly, professionally and with the utmost courtesy but always with a personal touch. GoogleVery pleasant over the term of residency in handling issues pleasantries and such, slight delay in receiving deposit but the property manager in Worcester Sam helped me a lot and kept in contact when I asked about this! He was also polite and genuine in his correspondence.
