GooglePerfectly friendly, however... 1) Our property manager either didn't know what she was talking about or was a poor communicator. We had to ask for clarification several times. 2) If paying almost £800 pcm for a property, I expected more than to have a gas hob/oven that didn't have a built in ignition. Although it's legal, it just wasn't up to scratch. 3) After leaving the property, we found communication again to be poor. We had to chase up the check out report because they sent it to the wrong person. We received a call where someone had meant to ring the landlord but accidentally rang us. I would expect to receive quotes for deductions within 10 days, it took 13. I was then told we would be charged the full redecorating quote, when I said that a portion should be taken off for fair wear and tear I was told "it doesn't work that way". This is misleading and incorrect, and a such they did take a significant portion off for fair wear and tear. My advice - just have your whits about you and make sure you keep chasing, keep calling or nothing ever gets done.

GoogleWe have always found Laura to be very pleasant and helpful. She is always on time for our appointments and always greets us with a friendly smile and asks how we're doing. Laura always deals with any matters we raise swiftly and has been very helpful and supportive with any changes we wish to make to the property. While always professional Laura has taken the stress out of our inspections and our pet dog Bonny loves it every time she visit.

GoogleI moved out of a property rented through Leaders over 9 weeks ago and despite being a perfect tenant for years I am still waiting for the return of my deposit!!! I have had a member of emails assuring me that the transfer would take place, but I'm still waiting. When I call there never appears to be anyone that wants to talk to me - always, "out of the office, but will get back to you". Calls are rarely returned. I will never use Leaders again and would advise anyone else to avoid.

GoogleSince my tenancy began with leaders I was provided efficient service from the 1st phone call. They quickly booked me in for viewings from my requests and I moved in within the week. I had minimal issues within the property, but when I did they where actioned straight away and I was notified as to what and who would be involved to solve it. Their response to emails and calls was 2nd to none. I'm a great believer in customer service and I feel leaders have delivered this very well.

GoogleAs soon as I walked in to premier places, I was seated and had someone helping me to find a property - a far cry from many other agents who left me waiting for ages with no help, or were completely uninterested in helping me find a reasonable place. The whole process was smooth and easy, and I was able to find a property and move in within a very short space of time. My only concern was that the paperwork for the property was left until the final 2 days before my move in date, which caused a lot of hassle, but the agents were apologetic and did their best to help resolve the issues. I'd recommend these agents to anyone looking for a place in Worcester.

Extremely satisfied with the service I have received and couldn't have asked for a better experience with the first estate agents I dealt with upon leaving home. They made the experience easy and I was always treated with understanding and kindness . 10/10 recommend Leaders for your renting needs

GoogleLeaders as a company have been pretty good overall. Only slight criticism is a bit of a delay sometimes. But Sam in the property management team deserves a special mention and 5 star rating for his consciencous approach and focus on customer service. Sam has always been helpful, responsive and informative. Refreshing to receive good customer service.
