Been renting with Leaders for many years and with very few issues. Any issues that we do have are swiftly dealt with. Tierney there is brilliant, she is on the phone whenever we need her to sort any issues and she always checks back making sure we are OK. Over Christmas we had a problem with the boiler and last minute she was rushing around making sure we had heaters etc over the period. Brilliant girl and they are very lucky to have her there, as are we to have her on the other end of the phone.

Iv been with leaders for about 3years now in Worcester. I deal with Megan she has been fantastic I live in a flat everything Iv needed she has managed to sort it quickly and promptly. Stress free and headache free. My latest job I had done was my bathroom dreaded coming home to have a shower because it was horrible. Now I can relax after a hard day at work in my new bathroom looks lovely and fresh. Thank you for all your hard work sorting it out and making my life stress free and less Grey hair 😂

Stay clear of Leaders agency, a masterclass in incompetence and greed! From the moment you sign their lease, you're in for a relentless onslaught of hidden charges and absurd rent spikes. In need of assistance with your flat? Good luck! They're as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. I've endured this dump for over two years, and every cry for help falls on deaf ears. The only time they'll ever contact you? When they want to bleed you dry with another rent increase. They're relentless, emails, calls, texts, you name it, all designed to wring out every penny. And their 'maintenance'? What a joke. They send this ancient handyman whose only skill seems to be smearing silicon on every surface. It's a slap in the face to any tenant expecting actual repairs. The agency is a farce, completely devoid of professionalism or tenant care. Leaders are leading in only one thing, being a complete and utter disaster. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being part of a tragic comedy of property mismanagement.

I only had to deal with leaders from April to November as a tenant. I am happy with how they handled our difficult situation after speaking to Sarah Newman/Tierney Sutton. We have been through alot as a family and got the opportunity to move into our forever home. We had to end our fixed term tenancy with them very early. Without there understanding and our landlords, we wouldn't have been able to move and be where we are now. Forever grateful.

So first time in a rental property after 30+ years of being an owner.
