Amazing experience from start to end, Kate who looked after us from the start has been nothing but amazing, she's kept us updated at every step, she's answered all our questions and phone calls and just made sure we had everything we needed communication wise. We also have our property manager Tia who in the last few weeks had also helped and communicated with us. Couldn't thank them both enough for everything they've done for myself and my partner.

She is very friendly, easy to talk to & listens to my concerns I have , if any about the tenants & then does her utmost to deal with them as expediently as possible. Leaders has been very helpful with me and my partner, as we are currently under a lease with them for a lovely flat. Our property manager, Mahema, is very prompt and helpful! Whenever we had issues, she was very quick to respond and redirect help so it can be fixed! We recently got a new oven as the old one broke down, and Mahema turn it around so quickly for us, as well as scheduling important maintenance for the flat.
