GoogleRented privately for the previous 10 and always remained sceptical of property agents. Since registering an interest with Leaders Letting & Estate Agents Worcester, our first contact with Alice Jenkins who found us the perfect property and walked us through step by step and then liaising with our Property Manager Lewis Langdell, who has been on hand for any issues we may have encountered when first navigating our way through our new property. The whole process has been simple, and you have friendly support on hand. We have only encountered one of two teething issues as expected moving into a new property and every time Lewis has immediately been on hand with excellent customer service, a friendly approach and always showing true compassion to your circumstance and not only that, immediate action to any issues with some being resolved over night or on same day. Excellent customer service and a beautiful man. Alice ain't bad either. Great team ☺
