We actually felt as though we were part of the team, and a valued part at that. They hit the bases on all the general compliance and legal requirements without any drama or complication, then delivered an enviable level of customer service. We never felt isolated, ignored or taken for granted. We felt special. Their business model will not meet everyone's needs, until that model is adopted by more 'mainstream' estate agents. It makes perfect sense to me, as a seller and a buyer. I will be recommending FreeAgent247 without hesitation.

GoogleWe have tried many agents, all have failed us. Viewings only started when we appointed FreeAgent247.com. Suddenly, they became regular. However, there were only a few ones needed. Already, the first offer could be accepted and went through. Our agent Linda Rimmel accompanied the whole process. Each time when something was stuck, she could resolve it. Love the business model. My big bug bear with property agents is lack of communication and follow up. This agency works refreshingly closely with prespective buyers and communication is excellent. The photos, presentation and marketing of my property has been excellent. I have throughout felt that they are working hard for me and ultimately acheived a sale bang on the advice they gave but worked hard to exceed expectations. All the FreeAgent staff I have had the pleasure of working with have been committed and delightful even to the point of sorting my washing up prior to a viewing ! GoogleGreat experience with FreeAgent. We found ourselves in a tough spot as we had found out perfect next place, FreeAgent left us in no doubt that they were doing everything they could. Christine and the teams communication was exceptional which is something I really value (I can be quite demanding)! On top of all this great customer service their marketing team and the job they do is simply second to none, the main reason we were went with them in the first place! GoogleWe received awful service from this company and in particular, Linda. Very similar experience to the other 1/2 star reviews on Google. We don't believe our offer was ever sent to the seller. The company ethos seems to be hard sales tactics over service. We eventually pulled an offer after being told it was too low (although virtually asking price) and other buyers were more competitive... to find the property still on the market 6 weeks later - rubbish! The only consideration given is 'how much can we make on our 1% fee'. We don't dispute the 1% fee, it was mentioned during the viewing and I understand the model. However, we got the impression that sales agents are trying to create fake interested in houses in order to increase the offers/value and therefore, increase their fee. The market is already vastly over valued. We were also pestered about our proceedability and our sales agent was contacted to ensure we had sold our house (without prior consent or comms to us), but when we had enquiries about the house we wanted to buy the sales rep, Linda, seemed shocked at the notion, how dare we ask... Other than being pestered to offer higher, we had no other communication, we weren't informed throughout the process. Awful service. Would not recommended.

Response Statement from FreeAgent Linda: “I met Jacob on the 10th April, one of six sets of viewers that day with more to follow the following day and weekend. As always I discussed our OCP (Offer Confirmation Process) and our buyers fee. Jacob expressed his intention to offer and I sent him an OCF (Offer Confirmation Form) that evening. Over the next 6 days I exchanged 10 emails with Jacob’s partner, Naomi and several phone calls. I received an offer from them which was naturally put forward in the best possible light, however as discussed with our client I had three other offers in excess of theirs. In accordance with due diligence and standard, accepted practice, I called their own selling Estate Agent to get confirmation of buying position - that they has sold to a first time buyer. I spoke with Jacob’s partner to ask if they could increase their offer, she did initially but after discussion they decided they could not go any more. Unfortunately, another buyer had cash and outbid all other parties. I cannot account for the suggestion that they were pestered, rather I was just trying to assist their interest, albeit in a very fast-moving situation. Unfortunately on 24th May those agreed buyers pulled out due to poor health, we returned to the market and instantly agreed a further sale and at a significantly higher figure. There was no fake interest, extensive communication and complete transparency. I am very sad and very sorry that Jacob was dissatisfied with his experience with me.”

When it comes to selling my property there won’t be anyone else I’d rather use. General estate agents are fine but when it comes to independent businesses like this one you get a real personal service which means a lot when it comes to your home!!
