GoogleFreeAgent247 put a great deal of effort into presenting my home online. They focused, not just on the home itself, but the neighbourhood, the local pub, the views of the Malverns. They used a broad range of locations to promote the content. They kept me informed the whole time ...and then the house sold ... which was exactly what we both wanted! Highly recommended.

There were times we really struggled to navigate the process and Jack really kept us to keep going and now we have our dream home tomorrow. We actually feel like we will miss Jack as over the past 6/7 months he’s been someone we’ve spoken to more than we have family 🤣 he has built up such a fantastic relationship with us which we have really appreciated. She did a great job selling our house VERY quickly, then frequently liaised with solicitors, buyers and us (sellers) to keep all parties constantly up to date with progress. We loved the easy communication via WhatsApp, meaning that any queries were answered within hours but most often minutes. Would absolutely recommend FreeAgent247!

GoogleI had similar experience with Free Agent, I wouldn’t go into details, but my biggest regret was not knowing which side Free Agent works for the buyers or seller interest? Especially when I paid the fee. I would strongly recommend either don’t use them or get all the facts and figures right before you chose them.

Julia, who showed us around each time, was always punctual and went out of her way to accommodate our viewings when asked for and was brilliant at communicating our questions to the vendor who was living abroad in a different time zone. They were also recommended to me by a friend after he’d just completed via FreeAgent and told me how exceptional the service was. After having a very smooth sales process, we were in the position of simultaneously exchanging and completing. To ensure the buyer got everything they wanted, Dan dropped everything to drive across the county to collect the house keys from us, and took them personally to the buyers so they could move when they were ready. In addition to this, we had a complex issue pre marketing the property that was handled with professionalism. FreeAgent were so helpful, even before we appointed them officially. Gerard and the team always kept us up to date and informed, which made our sale a breeze. I can’t thanks FreeAgent enough and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
