GoogleNot a fan of the freeagent247 experience especially when it comes to first time buyers. Expecting buyers to pay estate agent fees is nonsensical in a market where the seller usually pays fees.

Agent replied · 24 October 2024
Hi Tom, thank you for your comment. We take all feedback very seriously and would love the opportunity to discuss this with you directly, and although we may not change your views on this hopefully explaining our business story will help you appreciate a little more about who we are and what we do, also why we do it the way we do it! For what it is worth we have had many first time buyers purchase through us that have then gone on to resell the property through us since our formation thus 'earning' the cost back in a way. Also we went down this route of our model to be purposely different to the 'usual' and in the market, well in any market since we started have been successful. Anyhow, as mentioned, We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly, as a £0 start up we do get very upset with comments of this nature when we are simply trying to do our best always, and innovate. I hope to hear from you soon, happy to jump on video call, meet up, welcome you to our office or anything to suit you. Daniel Lewis, Founder & Managing Director. dan@freeagent247.com Best in the meantime.

Rebecca, covering Malvern, was approachable, kind, helpful and made the process easy by keeping us up to date right up until completion date. Thank you for your help and would highly recommend.
