Good Afternoon
Thank you for your review
Whilst we take all feedback on board, I feel your comments are unfair and untrue, the tenant in question have raised issues regarding their deposit deductions and we have gone back to the tenant with our evidence date stamped at the time of checkout to show our findings, the tenant has made us aware they have their own evidence however to date we have not received this. From the review we take it that you are writing this as the tenants Guarantor and as no discussions have taken place with you and Black Pear Lettings i have tried to call you today as we would like the opportunity to discuss this matter with you directly.
Our contact details are 01905 21932 look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
Lydia Downton

GoogleBlack Pear Lettings are a very good letting agents. In terms of support from the staff they’re all really nice people and you can tell they enjoy their job. They make you feel comfortable before and while you’re moving in. They offer great support and provide excellent service on maintenance issues and support. Definitely the best in Worcester.

GoogleI contacted Lydia from black pear regarding an uncomfortable mattress provided in my bedroom at uni. She was great at sorting this situation out for me by getting into contact with the landlords on my behalf. Lydia managed to get me a new mattress delivered to the house within a short period of time :)

GoogleBlack Pear have been looking after my rental property for many years now, they are proffessional and very friendly. All of the staff and well trained, efficient and always very helpful. I would recommend them to any landlord or tenant. I wouldn't trust my property with any other letting agent in Worcester.

Good morning Ms Goldsmith, thank you for your review. I am unsure why you feel you need to make such comments as this as nothing is outstanding on our system. I would like to look into the outstanding matters you refer to if you could please ask your Daughter to call us it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
