Good Morning Melinda, thank you for your review, we are a little confused by this i can see our last correspondence you were undergoing referencing with Goodlord a separate entity to us and they had requested further information on your Guarantors income to be supplied, we have then since had no communication back from yourself and you are no longer answering phone calls to progress your tenancy. I have tried to reach you again this morning if you have encountered issues with Goodlord please do discuss these with us as a they are a separate company to ourselves. Hello, Many thanks for your review. I feel personally it is very unfair giving us a 1 star review on the basis the property had a let agreed and we didn't want you to waste your time visiting the property for no reason, perhaps if you can advise how this could of been handled better? Many thanks.

Hi Astitva, thank you for taking the time to review our service here at Black Pear. I have to say however the 1 star you have given is disappointing. The WIFI connection issue was reported to our office on Saturday and my colleague responded to the complaint the very same day. As the landlord pays for the connection, it was sent over to them for further assistance. Unfortunately an internet connection cannot always be guaranteed and further to this it is beyond our control if the provider has an issue with their supply, this isn't something an agent, landlord or provider can ever guarantee that wouldn't happen. I understand these situations are far from ideal, but, this is beyond our control. I can confirm the internet is working at the property and would appreciate a returned call to discuss this further.
