Black Pear Lettings Ltd reviews

Kerry, you haven't responded to any communication, if this review is not taken down within 24 hours then we shall pursue the matter as a company. Hi Kerry, Can you please advise as to why you have given us a 1 star review? I cannot find that you are a tenant or landlord of ours, our staff work extremely hard and therefore would only wish to give the best service that they can, without any comments it really isn't a review. If you are going to leave 1 star for a small family run company who work very hard to provide the service they do at least please advise as to why....unless this is a fictitious review? Hi Kerry, thankyou for taking the time to review us, can you please advise as to why you have given Black Pear 1 star?

Hi Tina, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Is there any suggestion for improvements we can make to bump us up to the 5 star rating we hope to achieve? We cannot find you registered on our system therefore cannot see this for ourselves. Thanks!

Dear Maciej, thank you taking the time to provide us with this review today however I am confused as to why you have only provided us with a 1 star review. I have reviewed your account and can see no reason as to why this is the case, could you kindly contact me to discuss please on 01905 21932 Thank you, Kayleigh at Black Pear Lettings.

Good afternoon Shona, thank you for taking the time to review our services, positive or negative we appreciate any feedback given. I am a little confused as to why you feel the need to give a 1 star review as I cannot see any problems with your tenancy and any maintenance issues that have been reported, have been dealt with accordingly. Please could you contact us to discuss this further. Thank you

Hi Henry, You are not a tenant or a landlord of Black Pear Lettings and therefore we have reported the review to Google as a fake review.
