GoogleFrom their very first contact, Arden estates Worcester have been fantastic. The original meeting to discuss the sale was professional and they put me at ease. The house went on the market with great photos really quickly and we had viewings and a sale by the end of the week. The team constantly communicated well and we knew who to contact if we needed. The whole process put us at ease and I would 100% recommend them to anyone else. I wanted an estate agent that communicated and took as much stress out of the moving process as possible to which they did. Thanks again to the whole team involved.

GoogleCommunication is key in viewing properties and Lisa from Arden had it in abundances. I had the pleasure of viewing two properties and was very impressed with the knowledge and background information she knew. I was dealt with respect and courtesy and without being too overwhelmed by questions. Lisa had all the answers even when asking what band of council tax the property was in I got a answer there and then. I will be making an offer on one of the properties! First class service from Ardens!!

From listing of our property, to getting the best price in a difficult time from buyers and keeping the solicitors on their toes to make it happen yesterday, Ardens have been a massive support. There’s always aspects that hold up a sale, but they were very quick on the case. When popping into the branch we always felt very welcome. It’s a very pleasant and relaxing place, which is comforting when your discussing something so important. These guys do a good, professional job.
