GoogleI recently sold my house through Arden's. They were always so helpful through the entire process, doing everything they can to make everything run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. The house buying/selling process is usually difficult, but Arden's made everything much easier. I would highly recommend.

GoogleArden estates stuck with a very difficult sale - both an emotional one and one that just kept going wrong! They stuck at it through and through and were extremely sensitive towards what was a forced sale due to a change in circumstances. Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleI can't fault the service levels provided by Ardens. I had very transparent conversations, and didn't experience any of the hard sales tactics which I had experienced via other estate agents. We had a dedicated member of the team helping to move things along which helped me move in time for Christmas!

GoogleAlthough we were not selling with Arden and were buying, they were incredibly helpful and responsive in all matters. If we had any queries they quickly followed them up. Leanne in particular was brilliant. She even rang us on the day of exchange to say congratulations. Nice touch x

GoogleI had made several attempts to arrange a viewing of a property to no avail, I understand there's a lot of demand for property so you would have been very busy but some transparency/update would have been nice (I was only made aware that the property had already been sold by checking on Zoopla)
