Arden Estates Worcester reviews

Arden have made the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one an absolute breeze. From my email expressing interest, to house being on the market was incredibly quick - the team at Worcester really made this simple. All our questions were answered and they made sure that we felt in the loop at all times. Through mortgage advice, house selling and finding our new property, I would thoroughly encourage you to use Arden. Top class service and would happily use again in the future (but not too soon hopefully!)

Experience as buyer with Ardens from start (viewing) to finish (completion) was broadly good / positive. However, to provide constructive feedback, felt communication post acceptance of our offer (when trying to organise extended searches to ensure no underlying structural issues) was particularly forceful, which we felt was unwarranted given the circumstances. Also there was a case of miscommunication when arranging access for external surveyors, which caused us / engineer inconvenience, especially given we were not local and we’re buying from distance. As such, this is why we are rating 4 rather than 5.

To whom it may concern, now that sounds very grand and a little foreboding, well it’s not meant to be. However selling your home and buying another one is pretty much a big deal! And for us this started with falling head over heels with a property being marketed by Arden Estate Agents. The only way to secure this property was to jump through the hoops which the Developer had set. From our initial phone call with Dom @ Arden and throughout the entire process we felt cared for. Remember it’s not just about how much your property is marketed for, it’s securing the right buyer.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We used Arden Estates to sell our house after going to view one of their properties, as we had never heard of them before. From marketing, to arranging viewings, and then negotiating the selling price, we found them highly knowledgeable, professional and a high quality outfit. They helped in every way get our property through the highly stressful motion of selling a house, by chasing solicitors, estate agents and purchasers. Being firm, but fair. In these extremely busy times, (due to the stamp duty holiday), a normal conveyancer would deal with 60 transactions a month, whereas they are dealing with 300 at the moment, to get our house sold in the time frame we requested is a credit to Arden. Brilliant team, and I wouldnt hesitate in using them or recommending them in the future. A very happy client.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Scrolling on Rightmove just now looking for a house - and come across this. If you’re going to edit a picture at least be smart enough to only post the edited version. Very scammy.

Arden were very professional and accomodating to our needs. When we were showed around each of the properties we liked the staff were super relaxed and allowed us plenty of time to look around as well as answering our multitude of questions. Lara on the sales team was especially helpful and assisted hugely in our purchase of our dream home. Would highly recommend!

We used Arden Estates to sell our property and the team have been fantastic, they were recommended to me by a friend and they definitely lived up to expectation. Leanne who we primarily dealt with was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries as well as update us without having to chase, would definitely recommend them.
