What can I say ‘Arden’ estate agents have been brilliant! I knew Dominique was ‘the one’ when she came to value my property. She was extremely professional and I instantly wanted her to sell my property as I was so impressed with how she came across I knew I could trust her with my sale. She delivered everything she said she would (and a lot more!) I sold my property in record timing and it’s all thanks to Dominique and her team. We’ve just exchanged on a property listed with Arden, and although it’s been a stressful process at times, Leanne has been absolutely amazing throughout. She consistently kept us updated, chased up all parties when needed, and genuinely helped keep everything moving. I honestly feel that without her proactive approach and communication, the sale could easily have fallen through. We recently sold and purchased a property through Arden, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them! From start to finish, the service was absolutely amazing. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly, approachable, and genuinely so helpful. Leanne was incredible, always on the ball, making sure our sale and purchase were completed as quickly as possible. She turned what could have been a stressful process into something far more manageable, offering constant reassurance along the way. I had complete trust in her, knowing she was always chasing things up and doing everything she could for us. Millie was equally fantastic, keeping us fully informed on exchange and completion day. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that we always knew exactly what was happening. The rest of the team were also brilliant whenever we spoke with them, and it was clear that everyone was working together to support us! Outstanding, first class service from Arden! They sold my parents property within a week. The whole team are amazing from Dominique who proposed exactly what price to offer from and tips to get the property looking very desirable, to the photographer, the sales viewers and Olivia, Holly and Leanne. Although Arden did not act as our agent and were representing our buyers, Leanne was a driving force in the chain to get the sale progressed fully to completion. We were especially grateful that Leanne was able to put right a misunderstanding about our position regarding an onward purchase, which was crucial to get the whole chain exchanged. To summarise - I'd give 10 stars if I could, sincere thanks to Team Arden Worcester!! Would I recommend - 100% without hesitation. Would I work with them again - 100% without doubt. Everyone was excellent but our stand out star was Millie - her knowledge and communication was superb and we're so very grateful for her input, help and support!! We're so glad we walked through their door and introduced ourselves. Dominque was first on point and set the scene, she expertly laid out the plan and the Team stepped up and delivered. Regardless of whatever speed bumps life and the selling process threw at us, everyone supported us, manoeuvred through / around the issue and very often volunteered to sort things out when we weren't able ourselves - we're so very grateful!! We bought our first house in September 2024 with Arden and the whole process couldn't have been smoother! Millie was amazing! Our viewings were efficiently organised and nothing was too much for her (especially answering our non-stop questions!). Leanne was also brilliant when it came to liaising with our solicitors and getting the completion finalised extremely quickly (less than 10 weeks!). We used HL Consulting for our mortgage application - I couldn't recommend this more. Byron is a great bloke - very knowledgeable and made everything extremely easy for us. So we’re in the middle of a sale/purchase but I wanted to describe the amazing service received by Millie and the team at Arden. It’s been truly world class. I recently spoke to the team at Worcester about our desire to move from south Birmingham and from the very beginning, Millie and the team took an interest in me and even remembered me when I called up a couple of times for some updates. The opportunity came up while we were in Greece and even though we were abroad, we reached out to Millie, who took our interest seriously. Talking to the vendors and arranging for a virtual tour of the house. That was amazing. Once we got back from our holiday, we were shown the house in person and placed an offer. What stood out for me was the fact that Arden as a whole worked tirelessly to get us our house but also to treat us as a priority and arranged for our house to be sold in record time. All whilst negotiating with the vendors in Worcester. Millie kept me up to date, called and arranged for each step and her team were there with me each and every step.
