I wanted to add a review about the most amazing experience my family had from Arden Estates. We have just exchanged on our house (sell and buy) which was handled by Leanne at the Worcester branch. She took over after the sales were agreed and I have to say that her professionalism, and understanding that this was very important to us, landed us the house of our dreams. She kept in regular contact with me via email and by phone on an almost daily basis to let me know the progress, ask questions or clarify questions I had. We had a bit of a difficult experience from the buyers but she managed it really well and ensured that the deal didn’t break down. A wonderful experience and one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. Arden as a whole is a very good estate agents and I would 100% use again.

We would highly recommend the services of Arden in Worcester. A thoroughly professional agency from start to finish. We chose Arden after researching 4 agents, 2 of whom, based on the price we actually achieved, had seriously undervalued the property. Any agent can successfully sell at an undervalue and therefore market themselves as having one of the top/quickest selling rates in town. They also offered invaluable advice on staging the property and adding flowers and plants in preparation for photo's. It’s hard work but it does pay off in the end if you want the best price. We had plenty of viewings, and follow up feedback, where given, was provided. They also have sales progression to ensure matters move as quickly as possible to completion. Overall a great service!

We viewed various properties marketed by Arden in Redditch and Bromsgrove, before buying one they were marketing in Droitwich. All the staff I spoke too when arranging bookings were really friendly, as were all of the team who did the viewings. The viewings team also gave very helpful insights and information about each area, which was incredibly helpful as we were unfamiliar with the towns, having previously lived near the South coast. And they did some great detective work when I left my handbag and mobile phone in one of the properties, as they had no obvious way of contacting me directly without my phone! Likewise, the after sales team, in particular Leanne and Dominique, were incredibly helpful, very responsive and communicative, chasing up as needed and keeping us informed of progress in the chain above. They also went above and beyond (again) on moving day, when we couldn't collect the keys in time, due to accidents on the M4. Thank you Arden, Leanne and Dominique for making the move as smooth as possible!
