Leanne was great at keeping us updated throughout. We were unlucky to have a really unhelpful solicitor who ignored our calls and emails, but Leanne relieved a lot of the stress that was causing us and did all she could to answer our questions! We will be using Arden Estates again in the future thanks to Leanne’s help!

Beth & Leanne were both brilliant and so helpful during the entire process- Beth during the initial process of making an offer/getting accepted and then Leanne for the last 3 or 4 months has been so supportive and quick to respond to any emails or requests we had. I would strongly recommend Arden Worcester to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

Recently sold a property with Arden estates, dealt with with Dominque in the first instance for listing and the sales aspects this was moved over to Leanne for the conveyancing once sold. Dominque provide, what I would say as professional customer care throughout with good touch points at the right time. i.e. NOT I have you on our books I will talk to you once sold at the end. I found that Dominque's professional, easy to talk with nature made the process quite enjoyable and stress free. Those traits equally apply to Leanne who drove matters of the sale between the respective parties solicitors in an admirable fashion. From my perspective I would use the team again and recommend accordingly,

I approached Dominique at Arden for the sale of my home in St Johns and she secured me a buyer in no time whatsoever. Thanks to the team at Arden the sale went through really smoothly and I was able to obtain my target completion date. The office is in a convenient location as well as neat an tidy. They are a friendly team and all willing to help. I would return to Arden again in the future without doubt.

Recently purchased a house that Arden Worcester had for sale. The whole team at the Worcester branch were excellent all the way through the process. They communicate when they say they will. They will ask questions and provide detailed answers, they all go above and beyond and provide a level of professionalism of the highest order. The entire process I experienced with them was a stress free one. In my opinion they have raised the bar and set the standard and a lot of other estate agents in Worcester should take note and could learn a thing or two from them.

I lost a sale early this year with Arden’s due to no fault of their own. They very quickly got this back up with no cost to myself and had another sale within a week of re advertising. Since this acceptance of an offer my management company have been stalling my exchange on contacts and without Leanne chasing both sides every day since we would have lost out on another buyer. Leanne, you are worth your weight in gold to the sales department, always on the other end of the line when anyone needed you and constantly pushing for completion. Thank you to the whole team for the work that has been put in to this. I won’t hesitate to buy or sell through you again.

I have the pleasure to write this review for an amazing stress busting company in Worcester that will always go that extra mile to help in a stressful time of moving house. In particular my attached team who were always there on hand for any problems or questions They were Leanne who was my mediator for my solicitors and the buyers solicitors always there to help she’s amazing! And also Emma she dealt with the financial side and more besides going outside her remit to help, what an amazing woman! I would like to thank you both and also the rest of the team at Arden’s I would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone. Look them up!!

We had the pleasure of selling our house through Arden and it was the best decision we’ve made in a long time! They found us a buyer in no time at all and walked us through each step, making it such a stress free experience. Everybody who worked on the sale acted so professionally and quickly while actually caring about us! We had the added bonus of having Emma sort out all of our financial details above and beyond what was expected! And Leanne and Beth who would always help with whatever random questions we had! Dominique’s initial advice on what we could do to improve our chances of selling made such a huge difference and it’s all these kind of things that make the team so great! We’ve had bad experiences with other estate agents in Worcester and we know for sure that we won’t be using anyone other than Arden again. Just want to say a massive thank you to the team!! Add to that, a fixed price and assisted viewings included along with friendly, approachable and knowledgeable agents. Lisa was so professional, and gave us every confidence. Thank you, very happy

An excellent buying experience - Lara in particular was exceptional at understanding exactly what type of property I was looking for, and for introducing me to the right vendor at just the right time to lead to a very smooth offer / acceptance process. Many thanks to Lara!

Viewed a property for sale with this agent and have to say how impressed we were with both the office and viewing staff. Friendly, informative and realistic in their advice and guidance. Although we didn’t make a purchase, we did submit a couple of offers on a property and were kept informed of the situation throughout. Although we had not heard of Arden before we would seriously consider using them in our next sale! Well done Arden staff!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
