I have used lots of different Estate Agents over the years and the majority "over promise and under deliver". This is not the case with Ardens. From the initial valuation, through to photos, brochure design and progressing a sale with constant updates they are the most professional company I have used to sell property for me. I would also like to mention that as far as I know they are the only Estate Agent that if you change your mind or anything changes prior to contract exchange they don't charge you anything at all!! Totally amazing and cannot recommend them enough. Well done to Leanne & Dominique at the Worcester branch for the latest sale.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of being shown around a house by Lara. She was very welcoming and we appreciated her style of showing the house. She was knowledgeable on the property and we found her to be open and honest. There were a few things we needed to know (that she'd need confirmation from the owners) and she contacted back the same day with the information and contacted us her following working day to see if she could help any further. Kate has shown us around a few properties on our search and was always honest but positive about the houses we viewed, and allowed us the space to look around as well as guide when needed. Her enthusiasm for the property we are (fingers crossed) buying matched our own. Lara in the office, who dealt with the offers was also very helpful as well as reassuring. Once our offer was accepted Leanne, although ultimately working for the sellers, was extremely diligent and kept us all on track to offer a smooth process. Nothing but problems dealing with these agents. Over 2 years and no progress, lack of communication and effort, It just didn't seem like they were even interested in making the sale. Even when we spoke to them on the phone, they were rude and dismissive. Went with another local agent and property was sold within 2 months and completed with no trouble shortly after. I would advise not wasting your time and in result, loosing money through these agents.

We chose Arden at the outset as part of a tendering exercise to put our house on the market. They came over as the most knowledgable and professional of the agents that tendered. They met our expectations from sale right through to exchange. We were particularly pleased that once they sold our house in Worcester and we purchased a house in West Sussex, they had Leanne to manage sales progression through our chain, of buyers and sellers. This is a service not to be underestimated and Leanne did a great job on our behalf. We would highly recommend Arden as an excellent complete package estate agent.
