GoogleI have recently rented a property with Romans and I can’t fault them at all! Jenna particularly was amazing and very efficient. Very friendly and made me feel at ease as it can be a little stressful moving house and making sure everything is flowing. She reassured me and made the experience of moving so easy. GoogleWe needed to find rental accommodation urgently due to a fire in our home. We viewed a property that was suitable and Filip from the woodley branch worked extremely well with his team to ensure we were in the property within a week of viewing which meant we could get our own space and away from staying in a family spare room.

GoogleThis was the first time I have been involved in a property sale and I was a little daunted by the experience. However, with the support and professionalism of Robbie and the Roman's team the process was virtually stress free. From the first visit by the valuer to final completion, I always felt that Roman's were acting in an honest and open way. A viewing day for the property was quickly arranged and a cash buyer was soon found which simplified the selling process greatly. We had been warned that the whole sale process might take up to 4 months, but actually we completed about 2.5 months after the initial offer and at a realistic price. Thank you Romans!

GoogleDealing with Romans (namely Barry Wild) on very difficult house purchase was made less painful due to the continued help, support and honesty we experienced during the process. I highly recommend Romans Woodley and I want to personally thank Barry for the great service and assistance he provided. It has been refreshing dealing with an estate agency that I feel worked openly, honestly and collaboratively with me.

GoogleThanks to give me the chance to appreciate Ms. Lucky Sherpa and Mr. Darren Leung, they are current and former letting agents who working in Woodley branch, for their friendly and full support in assisting me to let out my property within two weeks of time. It is my first experience for letting house and not know what should be done. They are always patient and explain all issues in detail. Thanks for Mr. Darren to advise in the renovation process. Thanks for Ms. Lucky who replys to my email promptly and arranges all necessary service or checking immediately as to fasten the whole process. Ms. Lucky's working attitude is highly appreciated for bringing potenial tenants to view my property just the afternoon after the house has been completed the final prainting work. GoogleVery impressed with Romans. Can always get through to them on the phone and everyone has been very helpful, welcoming and knowledgable. Filip, who accompanied us on the viewing, knew everything needed about the property and was very efficient when we put in our offer progressing things for us seamlessly and quickly whilst keeping us informed at all times.
