Jenna Ford was absolutely brilliant from minute one in the process of finding me a place to rent within the budget I gave her. She found me a wonderful property in a great location immediately after finding out that my original first choice property had been taken off the market. Jenna was quick to reply and easy to contact through out the day and always helped answer my questions and get the deal done for me as a first time buyer/Rent. I can not recommend Romans Woodley more highly to any one new to the reading area or any young people looking for that first move out. A great experience that has made me excited to start my next step in life at a new temporary home.

We used Romans in Woodley after being with another estate agent. We mainly dealt with Barry Wild the manager and Chris Bisson the assistant manager. We were immediately impressed by the number of viewings we had at our property and the professional way it was marketed. We also received regular feedback from viewings which was very important to us. Barry and Chris are genuine honest men and we found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were always friendly and courteous and had a positive attitude. We were delighted to achieve almost full askng price for our property. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Romans Woodley to anyone as they offer a first class service and are a pleasure to deal with.

On behalf of a retained client I've just completed on the purchase of a property being sold through Romans. My main point of contact throughout the search and then the negotiation and conveyance was Kyle Johnston, and occasionally Josh Bebb. Kyle was proactive in telling me of suitable houses coming to the market and fully understood and co-operated with my role as the buyers' agent acting on behalf of my clients. Although Romans use a remote 'sales progressor' once a house is under offer, Kyle continued to help in communication with the vendors and to provide timely access to the house for various third party surveys. Some of Romans' processes reflect the nature of its expanding business, but with Sales Negotiators such as Kyle, Romans still manages to maintain the essential human touch.
