Filip is very helpful during the process we rent a new home and very responsive! However, their managing service is not nice!after we got the keys and reported the problems needed to be fixed for three weeks time and they are not fixed and no update schedule when they are going to fix them, so we won’t be able to move in till now and we already paid the rent. Keep email and call but slow response or no solution and follow up status. This is really bad things happened for tenants when moving as there are millions things to do but property management didn’t do it right.

Excellent experience with Romans in Woodley. Mr Filip (Lettings Consultant) has been excellent and has been really helpful throughout the whole process. Despite my situation being a little more complicated than the regular tenant, Mr Filip was able to clearly articulate what I needed to do and was kind enough to pass extra information onto the Landlord for their consideration - He took the time to listen carefully to my situation and clearly articulate what I needed to provide on top of the application going forward. The process is, with the exception of the viewing, all digital and really quite easy, I was pleased that it didn't involve a lot of going back and forth to the offices and I was able to complete all the required documentation at home, this enabled me to ensure I was providing the correct information instead of relying on memory. Thanks again Filip, I'm excited to start my tenancy and thankful for your help and assistance throughout the process

The entire team was outstanding, and we’d like to give a special mention to Daniel, Hayden, Robbie, and Kelsee for their individual contributions to what turned out to be a smooth and stress-free experience. Daniel, the branch manager, was professional and knowledgeable from the outset. He provided clear advice and oversaw everything with confidence and care. Hayden managed the open day and did a brilliant job presenting the property, his energy and attention to detail really made a difference in attracting serious buyers. Robbie kept us consistently updated every few days, ensuring we were always in the loop. His communication was excellent, and we felt supported throughout. Kelsee, our move manager, was also a huge help. She was always available when we needed her, provided the right information at the right time, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her willingness to assist and answer questions made a big difference as we moved toward completion. Selling a property can often feel overwhelming, but the team at Romans Woodley made the whole process feel manageable and even enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area, a first-class service all round.

The process of moving in was one of the most difficult things I’ve done. When we moved into the house it was left in a shocking state. A previous check in clerk warned against using Romans as they always try to deduct as much as possible from your deposit and 2 years later the ya exactly playing out how I was warned.

We sold our property through Romans . Market has been tough. Selling wasn't easy . Finding property like I wanted and where I wanted was even more challenging. I am not an investor, just wanted a nice bigger home for my family. With Romans, I got all personal attention I wanted (from both Jack and Leighton). I mostly worked with Leighton. There wasn't single call or email went without response. Almost everyday I used to talk to Romans office. Leighton was trying so hard to sell my property. he will give me prompt and honest feedback on every appointment scheduled for viewing. Even if he got super busy, he would have updated everything on system, so Jack or anyone from Romans will know latest information.Never ever had to followup with Romans/Leighton on what was going on. Entire process from Viewing to Exchange/completion, totally taken care off. Sale agreed doesn't mean, done and dusted. Rebecca /Move manager from Romans (Sales Progression team) took over from Sales team once sale was agreed. She did brilliant job making sure every stage of the process was smooth, until exchange and completion was done. She dealt with all estate agents involved in chain, making sure everything is progressing as it should. Overall feedback, everything in good hands with Romans. Impressed with their service. Yes, I am happy customer.

Re-Darren Leung We live in a society which is very quick to complain, I have done so in the past. HOWEVER praise when it is due. Darren at your Woodley office has gone above and beyond his normal requirements. Constantly kept me informed. Returned calls with updates EVEN when nothing has happened at the appointed time or earlier. Dealt with difficult situations involving outgoing tenants.
