I've had fantastic experience with Romans Woodley throughout the purchasing process. Daniel was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and supportive, from organising the viewing, through negotiations, to the exchange process (we are due to complete in few weeks). In addition, Romans Move Manager kept me informed on the progress, in all stages of the process, which I found very helpful. I can highly recommend Romans if you are thinking of purchasing a property!

Jack, Leighton and Warren were amazing at selling our home in Woodley. Not only did they book over 20 viewings for our open house, but they also sold it over the asking price all within 2 weeks! Jack was in constant contact throughout the sale and kept us informed the whole way. He even went the extra mile and helped us with a few of our boxes on moving day! Leighton and Warren were brilliant in communication and found us a great buyer. Thanks again guys!

The service from Romans was efficient and professional from start to finish. At the start of the process, we were dealing with Warren Hendry, who carried out the valuation, put the house on the market and also arranged and held the open houses. Even after having our initial buyers changing their minds, Warren ensured we were back under offer in less than a week. He is also the person who recommended us viewing the house we eventually purchased. We were very impressed with the service he provided. After Warren left the branch, we were handed over to Jack Farnon who was also exceptional. Jack went above and beyond to ensure our house sale was completed on time. He kept us informed throughout the process and even dealt with the many difficulties we encountered with professionalism and sincerity, serving as a mediator between the various parties involved. I truly believe our move would not have been possible without him. Will definitely be referring Romans to all of my friends and family. Thank you again!

Just rented a property thru Romans and worked with Andreea Covaci. She was supper helpful and nice. She explained the processes to me step by step and got me convinced on the no-deposit option. I could have given a 5*, but the 4* is for the overall experience because of the frustration with the Romans portal which was quite frustrating to use. Andreea deserves a 7*, because she really went all out to get a resolution. Thank you Andreea.

I sold my property through Romans of Woodley. Jack was very professional and so very helpful. He answered any queries immediately and kept me informed the whole time. He even stepped in to move things along when the solicitors I used, were dragging their heels! On the completion day, he turned up to make sure everything was ready - he was a massive help and went above & beyond! He has a fantastic team. If he wasn’t doing the viewings, Leighton or Katie would - all done in a professional & friendly way. If you are looking to Sell or Buy in Woodley then look no further Romans is the place to GO! I recently SOLD my property with them and the service was OUTSTANDING. Helping at each step from coming to value my property, mortgage advice, dealing with solicitors, recommending removals companies to get quotes from etc, they were AMAZING! Special mention to Warren Hendry, Phil Randall and Alison Savva who who kept me informed along the way and I could aways get hold of. BTW for Removals I used PRS who were great. Conclusion: USE ROMANS AND PRS if you have a house to buy or sell in WoodleyPositiveProfessionalism

Having both let and sold my property through Romans, I would struggle to recommend them to anyone. Hidden fees in the rent meant my first twelve months income varied wildly, often being half what it should be. Calls were left unanswered, and when problems occurred, it was not unusual to be handed around different members of the team who all offered vague excuses but never actually did anything. Selling my property was somehow even worse. Romans franchises are turnover based, and once a chain is established, the Woodley office made it very apparent that they did not care. Again, different team in the office, same results. On top of that, there is an unprofessional atmosphere in the office - often on calls you could hear swearing and laughing in the background. There is an additional star for their property manager, Mark Smith. Who was as helpful as he could be, given the incompetence of the rest of the branch and could be relied on to give straight answers and was accountable for his actions. But in summary, I cannot recommend enough finding literally anyone else locally to list your property with. Working with them was inefficient, expensive and frustrating. I'd also keep an eye on the reviews - there's quite a lot of one sentence 5 star write ups that look a lot like astroturfing.

Don't seem to care about who the best fit or most appropriate tenant for a house would be; much more interested in earning commission as quickly as possible. As a landlord myself, this is not how I would like tenants to be selected. Perhaps this is just rentals at a certain price point - considered less important? Several times I tried to get the details of a property and was told by Ryan that it had already been let to someone else, only to find the next day it still being advertised. This happened three times and each time I asked to be contacted if the let fell through. After a week of the same property still being advertised, we spoke to Ryan again who finally sent the viewing link. We called back within half an hour and sent an email, but received no response. The next day we spoke to another colleague (Emma?) who was much more helpful and did call us back the same day to let us know that this time it had definitely been let (the 4th time) and was no longer being advertised - fair enough, but why weren't we given an opportunity to view after it fell through the first 3 times? Instead she offered to send us the online viewing for another property in a different area - not ideal, but we accepted. We never received anything...
