GoogleHaving to relocate due to our work is always stressful, but Romans were on hand with an excellent, bubbly agent in the form of Varah Phillips. I can not stress how refreshing it was to deal with someone who genuinely understood what we were looking for, and not suggest irrelevant homes as so many other estate agents were keen to do, including I have to say other branches of Romans. My only gripe in the whole process would be the fees but that is a nationwide issue and Romans charges are not as high as some others, but I must admit not as cheap as some too. With tentative staff like Varah it was a pleasure and delight to both search and find the right home for us. If you are looking for a home to let in the Woodley area for me there is no other agents than Romans, especially with Varah on hand! Thank you again to the team at Romans.

GoogleEverything always dealt with promptly and fully. Helpful and able staff. Prompt letting. Never had a problem due to Romans. I own just the 1 house and for me I have had 100% service for my money and am very happy and would not change.

GoogleAwful experience. Misleading information, inability to accept blame for mistakes, patronising and ill informed staff. Only interested in landlords wishes, no regard for tenants rights. I’ve rented from many agencies over the years and only ever had problems with Romans. avoid!

GoogleAweful experience, staff don’t answer the phone, make loads of unnessacary mistakes, then blame others for the mistake. They got the contract wrong 3 times then pressured me into singing before reading it. Very poor customer care, would not recommend.

Following an initial discussion with Josh Webb, the manager, numerous serious enquiries were received resulting in a speedy sale at a very satisfying sale price. We were kept fully informed of progress throughout both the sale and transaction process.
