GoogleAs new immigrants to the UK, my family and I found ourselves stranded without accommodation. Most agents in the area were not as easy to work with; nor were they willing to be sensitive to our unique situation. The Whitegate's team were fantastic, working overtime to help us get a place within a week. I recommend Whitegates to anyone looking for the human touch in real estate transactions. GoogleCannot fault Whitegates. We had a viewing with Fran about an hour before the office closed and absolutely loved the house we were viewing. We went straight to the office afterwards and Fran got it sorted there and then and was instant with any response or enquiries we had. Herdip also kept us updated on the move in date and signing forms. Excellent service

FacebookI’m thoroughly disgusted with how I’ve been treated by this company! Will now be resorting to taking them to court as they rented a property to me that has damp that they did not tell me about and are now refusing to release me from the tenancy agreement and giving me my money back! I haven’t even moved into the property. This is the state of the area that has damp and the smell lingers through the property! Their resolution was they wasn’t aware of the issue which is a joke! Trading standards and the property ombudsmen are now involved.

GoogleHaving no previous contact with Whitegates in the past, I purchased a property from them recently. Their service was excellent from day 1 right through to completion. They kept me informed at every turn, sometimes just to check with me everything was ok or asking if there was anything they could do. Nothing was too much trouble and their communication was excellent. Certainly felt like a personal service; so much so that I've chosen them to manage the property too as it is a rental property, over my existing agent. Highly recommend the Whitegates team. GoogleThe worst experience you can ever have with any letting agent is with them, they make the landlord priority and won't give detailed information about your rental. If you're not ready for premium sadness in your home, avoid them.

GoogleWe found ourselves in a position where we needed to rent very quickly due to a house fire at our previously tenanted property. Whitegates were fantastic, from start to finish they worked really hard to ensure they could get us a move in date as soon as possible and have been very helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend them.
