GooglePerdip and the team have successfully managed our rental property for the last 6 years - all of our tenants have been well looked after and no complaints. Whitegates have also managed the sale of the property and manoeuvred the transition from rental to sale very professionally. Really recommend

They went above and beyond when there were delays with others in the chain, keeping us informed and proactively chasing. Steven was always polite, helpful and achieved a good price for the property. GoogleWorse agency of town! Stay away! We bought house from them, they didnt put our final offer through we were about to loose the property. We found the owner and passed our offer. It took almost a year to make the exchange! The property came with tenant, they ask us to manage it, we gave them another chance they been very very poor! Tenancy agreement contract date, wrong, we ask the to serve section 21 they made an error its became void. They dont respond to emails, they dont respond the calls. We stop working with them we found they made a different contract with tenants and different contract with us; they allow dog and for that they charged more but they didnt tell us anything. Their repair service is horrible, they charge us £300 boiler service we only find boiler never been serviced! Stay away! Dont sell, buy or rent from these guys!
