I've been using this agency to manage my rental properties for a while now, and it's been a really smooth experience. I have just moved out of a property managed by Whitegates in Wolverhampton. I can verify that the team of this agency are brilliant, polite, supportive professionals and they do value their clients. I have always felt supported in my over 2 years of stay there. Important issues were resolved immediately and not so important issues were dealt with in good time frames. As an absent landlord Whitegates have managed one of my properties in Wolverhampton for several years -they demonstrate an extremely high level of professionalism and integrity, significantly better than other Agents I’ve employed in the past. They continually monitor the rental and sales markets providing such information to me personally. They undertake timely property inspections and provide reports. All members of the team provide timely and helpful advice Perdip is excellent, as is Joy and Herdip. They make my life so much easier by taking control of this service. On one occasion a tenant removed certain items from my property - this was picked up by Whitegates, the tenant pursued, funds recovered, replacement items purchased and installed - left me nothing to do and costs borne by the exiting tenant. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I wish there was something lower than 1 star. Whitegates wolverhampton is the very worst agents to rent from. They don't care about tenants and they connive with the landlords to include ridiculous clauses in the contracts, just so they can kick out unassuming tenants anytime they want. They DON'T respond to complaints and worst of all, no matter how hard you try to leave the house in good shape after moving out THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT. White gates (Wolverhampton) sold my property and did an amazing job. they are far cheaper with regards to costs than the other estate agents and very professional. From my experience they didn't act or sound like a salesperson trying to make a quick sale to benefit them, unlike some of the other estate agents but proved time and time again that they were there to represent me and the buyer fairly. I felt very comfortable working with Steven and Jane. I would definitely recommend Whitegates above the rest as they deliver what they promise. Even when things would get a little difficult Steven remained calm and reassuring at all times , thus making the journey pleasant. Get you to review them before you even move in, which is hilarious because as soon as you do move in they just ignore you. Crazy pedantic about deposit returns. Had an inspector comment constantly about living arrangements. Advertised the house as furnished when it wasn’t. Go elsewhere.
