TrustpilotThey neglect repairs, they really dont care
Toilet was leaking and it took them over 6 months to fix. Ended up costing me about 200 quid when my water bill came through. Got no discount from my rent. Hot water stopped working on the 23rd December, didnt send anyone out unitl 30th December and all he did was reset the thermostat. Hot water went again lastnight. Honestly id avoid them. Communication is very poor on there end, they hassle and hound you for rent and rises but don't really care enough if you have issues.

GoogleI've just moved in to a lovely flat in Wolves with the help of Whitegates Wolverhampton and I absolutely love it!
I'd like to give a special mention to Herdip and Georgia. They have both been absolutely amazing to me through the whole journey. They have gone above and beyond to ensure the whole process was as smooth as possible and I just love how friendly they are. I think I may have called them at least twice a day over a 3 week period ha-ha but they were never fed up of me and they were always happy to help.
I also have to say a huge thank you to Adrian the handy man :)
In my first few days, there have been a few minor things that needed fixing or changing. As soon as I mentioned it to Herdip and Georgia they were on to it and they sent Adrian over- Adrian came over immediately and he has such a warm and polite energy about him. I really appreciate his help and the fact that he even followed up days after to make sure I was happy with everything.
I'm extremely impressed by the customer service Whitegates provide, they are such a lovely and friendly bunch but most importantly they are so professional. Based on my wonderful experience, I'd totally recommend them to any one seeking a property to rent.

GoogleI had a terrible moving out experience with Georgia and Herdip from Whitegates Wolverhampton.
I had a terrible living experience with the property , in case of any repairs that we reported, they were never available to respond on calls or emails. For very serious issues as well they were unresponsive. But the worst part was when we decided to move out of the property and they wrongfully claimed that we damaged the curtains etc for which we first complained that they were not in good condition when we moved in.
They are fradulent and want to make money out of tenant by wrongfully claiming damage costs which we haven't done in the first place.
They claimed the coffee table or carpets were stained but they were in full working conditions. We were schocked to see them making such claims while they never paid heed to our issues reported during our tenancy.
Never ever use these letting agents for property- one they will never be available for solving the issues you face and second they will put false claims finding small spots or damages you haven't done to withold the security deposit.
