GooglePerdip has been looking after our property now for over 4 years. We have had no problems, they manage the property and any issues that may arise, leaving us stress free. Perdip always keeps us updated with the tenants and is very quick at renting our property out. Excellent service at all times

GoogleI've been with whitegates since may 2019 and couldn't fault the girls at all. Herdip has been amazing, getting repairable sorted even with the lockdown and I was left with no electrics. First time renting through and estate agent and the process has been so quick and easy.

GoogleIf you have choice, avoid them completely. But if you don’t, leave no detail undocumented and evidenced. They will deny anything to milk you and keep your deposit. Protect yourself, they are greedy and wicked with a smile on their faces.

GoogleOnly 5 months after servicing my boiler, it went out again on the coldest week of the year. A week later and two separate repairmen’s visits the issue has still not been resolved. Now I’m being told it may be another week before anything will be done. 2 weeks without hot water in the winter is not only unacceptable, it’s breaking the law: The Landlord and Tenant Act of 1985. Whitegates has always been slow in getting maintenance issues seen to but this is beyond the pale. Very unsatisfactory.

GoogleAs a landlord who paid Whitegates a management fee, I found the service generally substandard. Fees were not transparent and I often felt the agency was representing the tenant rather than the landlord. Communication was sporadic and contradictory. Not to be recommended.

GoogleI'll be completely honest here. I got a new job in Wolverhampton and the decided to look onto Zoopla for a couple of places. i came across a property managed by Whitegates and rang them. The person on the other end was so helpful and considerate in regards to arranging my viewing. But this was not the best part. I needed to move in really urgently as i had been commuting a £20 journey everyday for a week, i mentioned this to the property manager and she Sped up the moving in process, contacted the accommodation, sorted out my financial referencing and was always calling me to give me and update on it, they are really so kind and helpful. They are indeed one of the best agencies i have come across till date.
