GoogleI have to say thank you to Whitegates Wolverhampton. Specially Herdip kangura, for her help and support to finish all the references and other things very quickly, for renting a house. I never met her in person but how the way she has dealt all the time for me and to get sorted all formalities that was amazing. Special thanks for Herdip and her Whitegate Wolverhampton Agency. GoogleWhitegates have been fantastic all throughout my tenancy. They were so helpful whilst I was trying to find a suitable property and made the entire moving process so easy and smooth. When I was looking for somewhere to rent I didn’t know the area at all and had only a very limited amount of time to find somewhere. Whitegates helped me to find a flat in a safe area and managed to get it all sorted in just three days. They do their upmost to help with every question you ask, and are always friendly, polite and receptive. I highly recommend them.

GoogleVery unprofessional company, I was a tenant with them for a number of years and always payed my rent on time, always dragging their feet with getting repairs sorted was left without hot water for nearly two months with a new baby in the property. Have repeatedly ignored my emails chasing my deposit back I have no choice now but to get a solicitor involved and get in touch with a ombudsman to get my deposit back. Don't be fooled by the five star reviews on here many of them have probably been left by friends/family members. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleAn absolute shambles. The estate agents worked with the landlord to steal as much of a tenants deposit as possible. Through lies, deceit and manipulation. They leave properties with damp and mould even with the tenant having a lung disease. A disgrace. Untrustworthy and dispicable! Dont bother!
