Absolutely perfect in everyway. Not pushy at all which was a massive plus for us and didnt do the hard sell to get us to instruct them or to get us to offrr on a property we viewed.Gave us space to view and discuss without constant pressure and chasing. The team at Bridgnorth are 5* and the only estate agents I would use in the future.

I have just purchased a house through Nick Tart and I couldn’t recommend them more. They made the process pleasant and much more relaxed than it could have been. Bev and Debb are amazing! They are friendly, really responsive, informative, helpful and patient. They answered every one of my daft questions quickly and kindly, they were great at moving things along when the process slowed down, and they did it all in a lovely calm manner. I highly recommend using them if you can.

GoogleAlthough the house purchase was unsuccessful due to unforeseen issues with sale we cannot fault the service offered by Scott, Tom and the Nick Tart team. The customer service and efforts made to achieve the final completion of the sale was second to none. I have have no reservations in recommending the team to manage your property sale/purchase.

I enjoyed the honesty and integrity of the agents in Telford branch especially Louise. If I had to find fault I’d say there was a long gap between sale and completion so an occasional call to us to say everything was going through ok would have helped.

The valuation was prompt, professional and timely. Although I have chosen not to sell. Nick Tart will be my first choice when I do.

Wow what a team in the Bridgnorth office. Alan, Bev and Deb are the best team by far to sell your house in town. Really easy to deal with from start to finish and communication was second to none. Horrible conduct. Kept us waiting for a week after making our opening offer on a property - when we called to chase they told us that the seller had accepted another offer, then proceeded to question our ability to afford the property! I would not participate in any house negotiations with this horrible company again under any circumstances.

10 out of 10 for being misleading and deceitful. I'm searching for a detached property. This property in spring village, comes up on rightmove and no where does it say semi detached which it is. Cheers for wasting my time ****holes! I'm fed up with amateur agents who are economical with the truth and deliberately try to hide anything that may make you reconsider. Also the property markers on the maps are very rarely in the place they're supposed to be. Not good enough chumps.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
