GoogleThe Tettenhall branch sold my house and Scot the manager was as my kids say Epic , helpful kind , Professional , punctual, polite Always. I had broken my legs but he did assisted viewings . Also I travelled abroad and he handled everything without me having to worry about a thing. I was so pleased as my house got a lot of attention and he dealt with everything superbly. I would recommend Nick Tart in an instant because also the iron bridge branch rented out another of my properties for 5 years and their service was excellent. Unlike other estate agents I have used in Bridgnorth they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it, which made a refreshing change after the experiences I had elsewhere. GoogleMy experience of Nick Tart is increadibly positive. Both Scott and Lisa at the Tettenhall office were knowledgeable, thorough and determined in the face of a difficult transaction. Even though we were regularly given false accounts by other parties Lisa didn’t give up and pushed things forward when I was convinced it was a dead end. I couldn’t have done it without them, especially Lisa so thank you!

GoogleThe service, efficiency, and courtesy of all the staff at Nick Tart of Tettenhall are altogether of a exceptional high standard. But my highest praise goes to the manager, Scott Turner, who, for me, more than once went beyond what could reasonably be expected of an estate agent in being helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and diplomatic. I strongly commend his service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or the Company to anyone who are looking to buy or sell a home in the future.

I sent an application form in and heard nothing back from them at all. The property had gone and they still didn’t contact me to let me know so I was just waiting and waiting. Felt really unseen as a customer and wouldn’t ever go through them again. I have rented with other estate agents for years and have had much better service.

Absolutely perfect in everyway. Not pushy at all which was a massive plus for us and didnt do the hard sell to get us to instruct them or to get us to offrr on a property we viewed.Gave us space to view and discuss without constant pressure and chasing. The team at Bridgnorth are 5* and the only estate agents I would use in the future.

I have just purchased a house through Nick Tart and I couldn’t recommend them more. They made the process pleasant and much more relaxed than it could have been. Bev and Debb are amazing! They are friendly, really responsive, informative, helpful and patient. They answered every one of my daft questions quickly and kindly, they were great at moving things along when the process slowed down, and they did it all in a lovely calm manner. I highly recommend using them if you can.
