Nick Tart did a fantastic job for us. They knew the market inside-out and very quickly arranged viewings and secured a sale at the target price. Alan, Bev and Debb were all lovely to deal with and the whole experience was as stress-free as selling a house can be.

Throughout the sales process the organisation, communication and accessibility was first class. They were always on hand to answer any questions and sort any issues. Their valuation and final sale price was bang on the money. We would highly recommend.

Alan and team were very quick at responding when we intially asked for a valuation to put our property on the market. It was then another 2 months before we decided to go ahead, but we didn;t receive anything in the way of pushy phone calls chasing us. When we did decide to sell they acted quickly and efficiently to put the property on the Market and ahceived STC within 1 week or marketing. Since that time they have remained in touch throughout the process. Would fully reccomend using Nick Tart.

GoogleWe had a terrible experience trying to buy a property through Nick Tart. Despite having our offer accepted on our dream home, they refused to mark it as "sold STC" the following day another offer was submitted lower than ours but was accepted. We were not given another opportunity to increase our offer. We were told multiple lies and misleading information throughout this process, to the point I didn't believe a word they were saying. Once they realised I had found out about this borderline fraudulent behaviour, my calls were ignored, until I called off a with held number to which they answered straight away. Avoid this criminal estate agent at all cost!!!
Good morning Lewis, Thank you for taking the time to post a review, however I cannot express how disappointed I am that you felt the need to write this after our conversation on Wednesday afternoon. As explained on the telephone we received an offer from a cash purchaser. This was put forward to the vendor as legally required. The vendor’s instructions were to accept this offer as you did not have a sale agreed on your own property and therefore not proceedable at the time. At the time of our conversation, you accepted my apologies that there had clearly been a misunderstanding and that it should have been clearer that your offer would be acceptable once you were in a proceedable position. However, we as Estate Agents are under a legal obligation to put all offers forward to our client no matter what stage of the sale process we are at and it was the client’s decision which offer they accept, not ours. I understand your frustration and disappointment, however, you were given the opportunity during our conversation to escalate the matter with a director, to which you declined.

After making a decision to sell our property we contacted three local Estate Agents, with a view to marketing our property. We were most impressed with Nick Tart (Bridgnorth Office) Alan Norman is extremely professional, open and honest and we didn't feel pressurised with overzealous/unachievable sales talk. Alan was extremely knowledgeable, and we both felt at ease as all our questions were answered clearly and concise. Alan's valuable advice prepared us for the process ahead. The marketing happened within 48 hours, fantastic photographs and we were very soon busy with interested buyers. Beverly Jones, our regular contact kept us up to date with feed back, a genuine people person, extremely good communication throughout, a very organized diary of appointments (all genuine possible buyers) Beverly is just a lovely lady that both sellers and buyers would be happy to converse with.Our property sold extremely quickly, at a realistic price, the office Manager Debbie Owen kept in regular contact with our solicitors and purchaser this just couldn't of happened without the intervention of Nick Tarts wonderful, hard working, open and honest, approachable, knowledgeable, professional team which value the needs of the seller and buyer. Just a credit to the estate agency industry. We would highly recommend this forward thinking Estates Agency.
