We’ve been really impressed with the service received from Nick Tart in Bridgnorth. From meeting Mark for the valuation at the very beginning, to getting the house listed, organising of many viewings, and navigating the sale. Bev and Michelle were always on hand to support and guide us. We felt well looked after and cared for during the process. We are very disappointed with the poor service and communication with these estate agents. We were dealing with a new member of staff, who was obviously hasn't had the correct level of training to deal with customers. We had on offer accepted on our dream house, which was then overridden. There was poor communication and we feel like we have been lied to numerous times by the estate agent. This has lead to us loosing the house. Her story of events of what happened changed each time we asked what an earth was going on. This has big implications for our young family, which has put us straight back to square one. We have never experienced such poor customer service. Avoid this estate agents at all costs!!!
