Ironbridge are a great team

We switched to Nick Tart after having a horrible experience with a different Telford estate agent, and we’re so glad we did as the service we received was excellent. We were kept in the loop about everything that was happening, and quickly received lots of interest and views on our property (something the previous agent had failed to do). When a sale fell through they quickly got us back on track and we still completed within a good timeframe. Do yourself a favour and do not use AV RIllo the recommended solicitors. They have cost me a house sale deny liability and also added £250 to my first sale with them. They use clerks not solicitors.
